Ships:
Geijisu: The Man Hunter Attachment(MaHA) Flagship, Geijisu is equipped with a Minovsky drive and I-Field barriers. It remains unknown whether Geijisu can carry Man Machines, but it is equipped with multiple beam cannons and missile launchers for combat purposes. IT is also described as being a "multifunctional" ship, implying that is operates in all, or at least most theatres.

Bushing Nugg: MaHA's hybrid tank/hovercraft unit that is designed as a field repair/supply base. Bushing Nugg is basically a large flatbed tank with hovercraft characteristics to improve it's mobility and ability to negotiate various terrain. It can service/carry at least three Man Machines at once, and does appear to be equipped with a pair of beam cannons.

Airforce series: Metatron's airial Man Machine Carriers, the Airforce planes(Airforce 1-3) can carry an unknown quantity of Man Machines, though logically not more than 6 based on images of the plane alongside Man Machines. Airforce is unarmed, and relies on support units to defend it.

Man Machines(Gaia Gear Mobile Suits, NOTE: Every Man Machine equips at least one beam saber):

Gaia Gear Alpha: A prototype transformable Man Machine, Gaia Gear Alpha(GGA) is an extremely high-end unit made at the pinnacle of UC technology. GGA is powered by four Minovsky Reactors. Each reactor is even further miniaturized than those seen in Forumla Project Mobile Suits, but uses a new form of Minovsky Fusion known as "ø(psi)-based fusion-cycle". This new type of Minovsky fusion increases the reactor's output threefold, allowing a smaller reactor(or in GGA's case, 4 of them) to create better power than a single large reactor.
GGA is designed to be the Ultimate Man Machine, as such it carries an enormous variety of weapons and technologies. It's Fire Control System is capable of near infinite scaling and data control, meaning GGA can engage nearly any number of enemy targets with as many weapons as it physically can carry.
Lastly, GGA is equipped with a Psycommu System, mountable Funnel Launcher pods, and an improved shock-absorbing system that utilizes Minovsky Craft System technology.

Gaia Gear Alpha Test Unit: An early test model of GGA, the Test Unit is painted in Gundam Colors, and was designed with a more Gundam-like head with the intention of equipping a High Mega Cannon in the forehead, much like ZZ Gundam. Otherwise it would be equipped similiarly to GGA.

Gaia Gear Alpha Raiden: What's scarier than Gaia Gear Alpha chasing you down? Not being able to know where it's coming from! GGA Raiden is an MSV of GGA that incorporates the latest in stealth technology. From sensor-invisible materials and tech to a low-visibility paintjob, GGA Raiden a monster lurking in the shadows.

Gussa: MaHA's(as well as the EFF Army's) Mass Production Man Machine. Gussa is a potent Grunt-mech that improves steadily over its service time. It equips a forearm-mounted beam rifle, opposite a shield with a bladed tip. Finishing out it's equipment is the Sand Barrel, a shotgun-like defensive weapon that is capable of destroying incoming missiles or damaging funnels. Gussa can also equip a Minovsky Craft Flight Unit, or a Long Range Drive Unit, to increase it's performance.

Gussa B.I: The B.I Gussa is a minor improvement over the standard model, No specific technological or equipment changes are referenced, but the new version is typically painted purple as opposed to the old Gussa's blue.

Gussa B.II: Primarily a thruster and mobility improvement, the Gussa B.II was requested by EFF troops in fear of the rising conflict between MaHA and Metatron. In terms of appearance, the B.II is akin to a Powered GM variant of the Gussa, with additional armor, avionics, thrusters, and fuel. B.II Gussa also equips a Mega Beam Launcher, which greatly improves it's medium-long range combat capabilities.

Zorin Soul: A nearly 100-year old Prototype, Zorin Soul rolled out sometime during the year UC 0110, based on Newtype Mobile Suits such as Nu Gundam and Sazabi. It is unknown whether Zorin Soul is equipped with a Psycoframe, but it definately uses a Psycommu Interface.
Zorin Soul features a Minovsky Craft System and I-field Barrier, as well as Long Fin Funnels, derived from Nu Gundam's Fin Funnels, and Funnel Missiles, which are Newtype-guided missiles. Most of Zorin Soul's weaponry is fairly unique, especially its Pak-43A "electrochemical gun". The Pak-43A is often labled a beam rifle, but recent information claims that it it more of a railgun of sorts, firing shaped-charge rounds. Presumably this is a prototype weapon that never saw mass production.

Refined Zorin Soul: Though the Zorin Soul was a very high-end machine, it was almost a century old. Metatron used technology from a captured Gids Geese to give the ancient Suit a serious update. Its Gundarium composite armor was replaced with the new "Solid Armor" Gundarium from the Gids Geese, drastically altering the unit's looks, as well as radically improving it's defenses. The Minovsky Craft System was replaced with a newer equivalent, and adding a pair of head vulcans to the already impressive armament. A Drive Unit was proposed for Refined Zorin Soul, but never built.

Bromb Texter Pre-Production Type Zero: New information concurs that Type Zero is a test type which still has many problems, and was never meant to see combat. It can manage, but requires heavy attention to maneuvering because the thruster and vernier placement/alignment are all wrong.

Bromb Texter Production Type: A completely redesigned unit with correct thruster placement, drastically enhanced armor, and an entirely different look. The Production Bromb Texter features armor derived from the Gids Geese "Solid Armor", amazing mobility thanks to corrected alignments and a Minovsky Craft System, and capable firepower from a pair of shield-mounted funnels, as well as a beam rifle. To compete with GGA's atmospheric re-entry ability, Bromb Texter is capable of docking with a re-entry flying-wing unit, much like ReGZ's Back Weapon System(in the audio drama, there is only one model of Bromb Texter, and it is transformable like GGA).

Bromb Texter Improved Type: Erroneously claimed to be an improvement on the Type Zero, it seems that Improved Type is truly an improved Production Type after all. Improvements include:
Dual ø-cycle Minovsky Reactors
"Crosswise Set" Megaparticle Cannon(I'm under the impression this is a waist mounted cannon much like Sazabi's)
Improved Minovsky Craft Unit
Strengthened Leg Actuators
Redesigned Shields with Funnel Catapults(and 6 additional Funnels)
Sand Barrels
Universal Drive Unit: This is a Minovsky Craft-based Drive Unit that extends the range and mobilty of Bromb Texter Production and Improved Types

Interdict Board: Bromb Texter Production and Improved Types can use this unit to re-enter the earth's atmosphere, much like a waverider mode.

Dochadi: Dochadi is essentially Metatron's GM. Nothing special, can equip a long range drive unit.

Dochadi DH-3B: An enhanced, improved version of the Dochadi, it's Metatron's GM-II. Actually, it is said to be slightly less mobile, but makes up for it with tougher armor and better combative capability.

Gids Geese: A fairly new Man Machine in the Gaia Gear world, Gids Geese is one of the first MS to use the ø-cycle Reactor. It also equips Sand Barrels, an I-field, Beam Launcher, Beam Cannon, and Funnels.

In Depth analysis
In this segment I will post a listing of new findings regarding each unit. These will explain specific details about each unit.

Gaia Gear Alpha:

Psycoframe System: Gaia Gear Alpha is equipped with a "Psycommu Cockpit Frame" which is a set of words I've only seen used to describe the Psycoframe. It is the only Man Machine said to use such a system.

Minovsky Barrier: To put this simply, this is like a beam shield, that completely surrounds the MS. It does not operate indefinately, and it likely turned on in anticipation of incoming fire(i.e. pilot sees a horde of missiles headed for him and cannot evade, newtype awareness would also prove helpful here.) however, it may be automatic, engaging in response to some manner of sensor input.

Existance of GGA Tester: Two Gaia Gear Tester units were built, following in the footsteps of Gundam MKII as "proof of concept" machines. As they are never mentioned as seeing any combat, it is likely that one or both units existed beyong the scope of Gaia Gear. Such a unit would be painted in classic Gundam colors, with a Gundam type head, which mounted a mockup of a High Mega Cannon. Tester Units appear largely similiar to GGA, but likely lack the psycoframe due to being intended solely as a flight/transformation/modularity tester. Armament wise, the intention seemed to be that of making a refined ZZ, with similiar armament, but output and improvements to extend combat time as well as improve combat ability.

Existance of Gaia Gear Beta: Gaia Gear Beta(GGB) was under construction just prior to the events of Gaia Gear. According to all sources, it's development was scrapped and the unfinished frame was never put to further use.

Gaia Gear Alpha Raiden: This MSV would be an improvement to the existing GGA unit, and thus may become an upgrade ingame. It is not a second GGA.

Zorin Soul

Zorin Shield: Zorin Soul equips a unique shield unit that contains several key functions. Firstly, it contains a Minovsky Generator, which is a smaller, dedicated unit which only powers the other functions on the shield. It's output is unknown, but likely not very high. Secondly, it carrys a pair of Zorin Funnels, which as smaller versions of the Long Fin Funnel. Finally, the main function of the shield is to house the Minovsky Barrier unit, which provides a potent defense, but is not as capable as GGA's M-Barrier.

Funnel-Shield: The tactic used by Amuro in the Nu Gundam to create a shield surrounding his machine. This was the basis of the beam shield and later the M-Barrier. Zorin's funnels can perform this tactic, but considering the M-Barrier and improved armor, such a tactic is rarely deemed worthwhile. It may serve to defend the unit against VSBR-type weapons though, providing an additional layer of beam defense in conjunction with the M-Barrier.

Pak-43A Electrochemical Gun: This unique weapon's nature was very hard to discern. Finally a concise explanation has been found that states the following: The Pak-43A fires MS-HEAT(Multi Stage-High Explosive Anti Tank) shaped-charge ammunition. The explosive is a liquid-plasma type, which is excited by an electrical charge. This is not a Railgun, bullets are fired conventionally, with a high rate of fire. During fire, internal heat is controlled by ports that open along the top and bottom of the gun, dispersing heat and excess electricity. Essentially, this is a machinegun that fires exploding bullets with good penetration and capable stopping power.

Gundam Zorin Soul: Though it's unimportant, sources agree that Zorin Soul appears to be a Gundam Type. Crossbone Gundam's definition of "Gundam" further's this statement, saying: "If it has two eyes and an antenna, the media calls it a Gundam" Further implications include: Zorin was developed immediately after Xi Gundam and Penelope, Zorin was one of Anahiem's last "big" MS(before they got on the SNRI bandwagon), Zorin was probably refused by EF due to having power on par with Penelope, as one of the first 3 "5th Generation MS"(MS that have built-in Minovsky Craft Systems).

Dochadi/Dochadi Dh-3B

Formula Dochadi: Though not an SNRI machine, Dochadi follows in the footsteps of the Formula Project by equipping multiple backpacks for different mission types. Recon pack is the only one specifically mentioned, but supposedly there are others. Supposedly the variety of drive packs for the Gussa are a response to the Dochadi's packs.

Bromb Texter Production/Improved Types

Minovsky Barrier: Like GGA, Zorin Soul and Gids Geese, Bromb Texter equips a M-Barrier, and has more than enough output to make use of it.

Gids Geese

Minovsky Barrier: Gids Geese supplements it's immense armor with an M-Barrier.

Flexible Shield: A surprising throwback to the R-Jarja, Gids Geese equips a pair of shoulder mounted shields, which enjoy a wide range of motion to aid in deflecting attacks. With so many redundant defenses, it's a wonder anything can kill this machine.

Ships

Geijisu

Minovsky Barrier: Geijisu equips an M-Barrier far more powerful than what a Man Machine could be capable of. That said, due to it's immense drain, it probably doesn't last much longer than Mother Vanguard's beam shield.

Orbital drop: Like most Manhunter Ships, Geijisu was designed to be included in the Reverse Immigration Plan. As such it is capable of atmospheric re-entry and combat.

Breaker: Sources state that Geijisu was intended to break through enemy lines, relying little if at all on escort ships. Thus it can be surmised that it's weapons are formidible.

Kueselin

Lego Guns: Kueselin is unique in that it's turrets are interchangible. Two otherwise identical ships may carry a completely different weapon loadout, from beam cannons to missiles to anti-aircraft guns.

Carrier has Arrived: Kueselin operates primarily as a tactical Man Machine carier, as with most Man Hunter Ships, it's capable of re-entry and atmospheric operations.
