If you click on Filter>Filter Gallery (or something like that), you can add some cool effects to an image. Thanks for the nice reactions My second try Perhaps a little too black, though I'd like to show it.

Made 2 little pictures to enrich your thread ;). 1: My pimped lowrider in Grove Street Neon-style. 2: A screenshot from Project Gotham Racing made to look like a poster (used it as a test) EDIT: @Adnan: LOL!!!
