Previous Pages Sylvester was not surprised by the man's change in demeanor, he looked grimly up at him not speaking. And this is where I stick my foot in it he thought knowing he was about to do something rash. "Over my dead body," he growled placing her on the ground under a tree and hoping she would wake up soon, he unsheathed his sword. "If I do not fight for her who will? stand and fight big man!", he scowled, "Or are you just going to sit there on your big horse and act tough?" The sword was aimed square at the horses forelock, in case it tried to kick him. "I am not a boy!" he muttered under his breath knowing he was probably about to die. |

Cynthil stired slightly then sat up at that moment she saw that Garnek had his sword pointed right at Sly she knew that she had to do somthing. As she sat up she felt her dagger's sheath against her arm. Once she was up she saw that Sly was getting ready to take a swing at Garnek. At that moment she pulled out her dagger and threw it. It hit the horse right in the leg and then she fell to the ground again and didn't remember anything after that. |

Garek: Garnek raised an eyebrow, having the expression hidden beneath his helmet. "Boy, you may be a knight, yet thee was a commander in the great war, killing before you could even learn to wield a sword." He snapped, "I sent my blade into men, I left bodies to smolder within the inferno of torches, I had to spread havoc and pain." He said within a small rhythm from within a muffled voice, as will as a jagged voice there literally pierced into the one he directed his tone to. His horse then suddenly roared and reared back and forth, kicking and bucking like mad, driving its hooves into the ground. Garnek held upon the reins tightly with a single hand, the halberd bobbed up and down as the horse panicked. The dagger was within its thigh; blood trickled out from the point of impalement, slowly running down its leg. "You'll pay." Garnek growled as he glanced toward the wound that burdened the animal. The horse then reserved its focus upon the situation of the circumstances. Garnek tugged upon the reins to the left, causing it to veer to the left, its head first cocking and heading in that direction. The horse was slightly facing pass the knight; Garnek had the halberd's pole rest under his armpit. He then raised it, rushing within deftly preformed movements. He spun it around to the side as he held it with both hands; he twirled it and held it tightly, causing it to sudden halt. He then swiped it at the knight with immense speed, then would thrust it forward within a single motion of his arms, and wind broke along the edge of the gleaming blade. This was a very modest and facilely done move. The horse kept slightly still, keeping its focus upon everyone. Delnor: Delnor stood to the side he watched as the man on the horse tried to kill the man on the ground. "I have to do something." he thought. at that moment he threw up a shield around the young knight. the shield was clear so none saw it. As he looked around he saw the girl laying the ground he somond her to him then took off into the thicket hiding and hoping that no one saw him. |
