In the fall of the year the minis get very thick coats. In the summer their coats are just like a full size horse. Very short. When I was petting them yesterday you could feel the ice on top of the coats where it froze from all the rain we were getting. They don't mind the cold at all and stay out year round. They have a stable but mainly just go in at night. Posted Image |
