This is the first one I grew from seed Is Euryale ferox it came from Asia and grows in Japan -Korea-Russia-and India. It has big pads with thorns and is called cousin to the Victoria. It can bloom above or below the water. I love this lily. Posted Image Next I grew N. minuta from Madagascar in 2005. It is a true minature and it also can bloom above or below the water.
