You need to have been playing for 2 weeks, as well as have over 100 posts to defect. As well the accepting party will need to pay a fee; this fee will be undisclosed at the time and will be paid in reduced contributions over the year. Players who do defect need a good reason, lacking one will mean your almost certain defeat in the next election either by the other party (if your old party won the riding handily last time) or by either another party of an independent. Voting against your own party in VONC's is not recommended for this reason. |
