To start a suit against someone, send me a PM outlining very very briefly: (1) Who are you suing (you may sue individuals or the government) (2) What are you suing him for (i.e. defamation, battery, unlawful detention, go wikipedia something...) (3) The injury you suffered (4) If it's not obvious, then also state the link between what he did and how that injured you. I will then start a topic here where both of you may argue your respective cases. NOTE: If the defamatory statements occurred within the confines of the House of Commons or the Senate, then parliamentary privilege shall apply and so defamation suits shall not be entertained. For simplicity's sake, the laws shall be streamlined, so will the procedure and the rules on evidence. |
