This is the last stage of the legislative process. In this stage amendments that have been petitions to be voted on will be voted on and the bill will take its final form. There are no more amendments at this stage however the bill may still be debated. Party leaders will post final positions on the bill and it will move to divisions once requested by a House Leader or House Leaders with a majority in the House of Commons. A bill will no amendments will automatically move to divisions after five RL days of sitting in third reading. |
