Given the upcoming need for characters with the ability to fight Darkness-spawn, the thought has come to me thusly: there has been no real moderation of what characters have super natural powers and how regulated they are. While I enjoy immensly having a free form play style in many regards of the board, I feel there is the need to finitely quantify the powers of characters with special abilities.
Thus, while I hate having to do profile re-ups, I feel the need is mandatory.
Be as detailed as possible, as in the future, if it is not on their profile then they can not do it. General or lump descriptions of their powers are not allowed anymore. If you can't finitely describe each of their abilities, they can't do it. (If they are training new powers, there will be a thread for that later).
Most of the following profiles already have a section or list of powers, but for fairness sake, I am asking everyone on the following list to go over and revise or add the powers they need to, and then post them here following the new format (found below).
For most everyone, it's just going to be going through and adjusting to the unified format/adding the type/category/level tags to your lists. That being said, please post all the powers lists for your characters here, no matter how minor the adjustments.
This is a mandatory check. No one will lose their characters. I just want to make sure no one is OPing their powers, get everything in a standard format and make sure people put all the qualities of their powers in their profiles.

You can mess with the formatting, so long as you have a name and description of the skill and the type/category/level listed.
If you find a power you're trying to create is not adequately listed, let me know. I'll add it or work out how the different categories should combine to make it.
It should be noted that your abilities are not limited to one type or one category. You can mix things together to a degree. Someone who was an Aura user and a Psychic could have powers that used both Aura and Psychic abilities as a source. It is not necessary to list Talent or Physical as the Type of the ability unless that is its only Type. If you have an Aura ability that requires you to kick someone, you do not need to list it as a Talent/Skill or Psychical/Attack. (Basically what Mizu is saying is that the Ability Types most often mixed are probably going to be Psychic, Elemental, Aura and Shadow.) In truth, these tags are just to help people differentiate what the abilities your character has, are.

DESCRIPTIONS OF TYPES:
Talents: This refers to what we consider the typical skills of a character. Hacking, programming, doctoring are some trained ones, but it also includes things that people are inherently good at, things they might have a knack for, or things they can do because they were born with the ability to do it. For the most part, these are the only "powers" that we'll still be lenient on in the future; it's still possible for someone to mend a wound even if they haven't studied medicine. This is basically used to highlight certain areas of genius your character might have or certain training they underwent.
Categories: Creative, Knowledge, Perception, Skill, Misc.
Creative: The ability to make things in a skilled degree. Can range from items of mundane use or tactical use. [Can overlap with the Knowledge and Skill categories.] Knowledge: Master or PhD-level knowledge of things in a particular field. [Can overlap with the Creative and Skill categories.] Skill: The acquisition of special training or proficient training in some kind of field or profession. Includes things like medical abilities and marksmanship or bowmanship. [Can overlap with the Creative and Knowledge categories.] Perception: The ability to gather sensory information outside of the norm that is not reliant on psychic powers. Includes the ability to see Shadow Pokémon, as well as the ability to understand languages other than a human's. Misc: Abilities that are genetic enhancements, either received willingly or via experimentation. Abilities that someone was born with, such as eidetic memories or the traits of the Pokémon Special characters.
---
Physical: Fighting or brawling, swordsmanship or other martial arts training. Anything a person might have been trained to with physical weaponry should be listed here. This can range from specific attacks (similar to how some martial artists name their punches and moves) or different styles or techniques they might have been trained in or even just being proficient with a weapon. This does not cover projectile weapons. Anything that is fired at an enemy (marksmanship or bowmanship) should be listed as a Talent instead.
Categories: Weapon Proficiency, Fighting Style, Attack
Weapon Proficiency: Specific weapons one might be trained in. Fighting Style: Styles one might be trained in. Attack: Specific named attacks one might have.
---
Psychic: Pretty much everything else falls into this category, from astral and mental projection to empathy and telepathy. These abilities still require detailed synopses. Don't just tell me they're telepathic or that they can teleport. Tell me the range and limits as well. Though the basic repertoire of a psychic is self explanatory, I still need to know how it applies to your character's actual skill level. (Categories can overlap when creating original abilities.)
Categories: Cross-Dimensional Awareness, Empathy, Mediumship, Memory Manipulation, Mental Projection, Mind Control, Precognition, Psionic, Psychic Projection, Psychometry, Telekinesis, Telepathy, Teleportation
Cross-Dimensional Awareness: Ability to detect actions and events in other dimensions. Empathy: Ability to read or sense the emotions and/or control the emotions or feelings of others. Mediumship: Ability to see and communicate with the dead (i.e., ghosts of humans, not Ghost-type Pokémon.). Memory Manipulation: Ability to erase or enhance the memories of another. Mental Projection: The ability to project one's consciousness, psyche and/or emotions into another being. Mind Control: The ability to alter the perceptions of others, and general ability to control the actions of others with the mind. Precognition: Ability to perceive the future. It may be expressed in vague dreams while asleep, other times it can be clear and can occur at will. It may also be used as a form of "danger sense" to show the user that they are being threatened and from what direction it is coming from. Psionic: Ability to overload another's mind causing pain, memory loss, lack of consciousness, vegetative state or death after having created a psionic link into that individual's mind. Psychic Projection: The ability to create barriers or tangible forms of psychic energy, generally for attack or defense. This also includes healing. Psychometabolism: Ability of a psychic to control their body to a molecular degree. Psychometry: Ability to relate details about the past or future condition of an object or location, usually by being in close contact with it. Telekinesis: Ability to manipulate matter with one's mind. Can be so far as to a finite degree of changing non-living matter, a.k.a. transmutation. Transmutation is limited to inanimate objects on PokéFiends. Telepathy: Ability to read the thoughts of, or to mentally communicate with others. Teleportation: Ability to teleport across distances. ---Novice: Line of sight. Short distances, one hundred to three hundred feet. ---Apprentice: Line of sight. Moderate distances, three hundred to six hundred feet. ---Journeyman: Known areas. Moderate distances, one hundred to three hundred miles. ---Expert: Known areas. Long distances, three hundred to one thousand miles. ---Master: Known areas. Long distances, one thousands to two thousand miles. ---Grandmaster: Unknown areas, with study. Distance based on target location.
---
Astral: Restricted to "ghost" characters only. Astral abilities are sparse, as they apply only to human ghost characters (similar to the woman from the anime). A character can only use these abilities if they are, in fact, a ghost. If they died and were brought back to life, if they are still alive or if they are in some form still possessing life essence, they may not use these abilities. (Categories can overlap when creating original abilities.)
Categories: Ghost Aura, Intangibility
Ghost Aura: Not related to Aura abilities. This is the effect a ghost has on the surrounding environment, in that some ghosts cause the area around them to be chilly or to possess strange electromagnetic happenstances. Intangibility: The ability to make ones self intangible, allowing solid matter to pass through them.
---
Elemental: Referring solely to the powers one harnesses when they have gotten ahold of a Plate, any moves that they divine from their new found skill set are expanded upon in this Category. These moves should all be based on, roughly, an equating Pokémon move. (This can be so loosely based on a move that it is very vague, such as the ability to glide through sand/dirt being based on the move Dig, but we still need to know where you're coming from.) The type of Elemental should also be listed, formatting it like this: "Type: Elemental (Fire)."
Categories: Physical, Special, Status
Physical: A physical move is one in which the user uses its physical strength or solid projectiles in order to damage its foes. It is notable that while most physical moves contact their target(s), physical and contacting moves are not the same: an example is Earthquake, which, despite being physical, does not require that the user make contact with the target. Special: A special move is one in which the user does not necessarily have to make contact with its opponent in order to deal damage. It is notable that while most special moves do not contact their target(s), special and non-contacting moves are not the same: an example is Grass Knot, which, despite being special, requires that the user make contact with the target. Status: A status move is a move that does no direct damage, but instead causes a condition, status ailment, or changes the stats of an opponent. This includes also other attacks which cannot be categorized under physical moves and special moves because of their unique or nearly-unique effects, such as Destiny Bond, Splash, Charge, and Recover.
---
Aura: Akin to Psychic powers, these skills draw their source of power from life energy rather than one's own mental powers. They are not inherently weak or strong against humans, Pokémon or users of Shadow powers. They are the neutral powers similar to Normal-type powers, but not sharing weaknesses that Elemental powers do. Users of Aura are extremely rare and generally extremely powerful.
Categories: Aura Perception, Aura Projection, Aura Telepathy
Aura Perception: Ability to "sense" other Auras and view surroundings even with a blindfold, also allows users to view through some objects. Aura Projection: Ability to create barriers or attacks. It can also be used to transfer Aura to others but that method can be fatal to the user. Aura Telepathy: Ability to read minds and actions of another being. Aura users can not communicate back and forth telepathically with other humans.
---
Shadow: Restricted to characters based on the Cipher Team Leader's approval. Unlike the powers of the Darkness, Shadow powers are, in effect, human created Darkness powers. Created similar and using the same processes as closing off a Pokémon's heart. They augment a human in ways that should not be allowed, increasing all psychical and mental attributes. It basically makes them superhuman: they are stronger, better, faster and smarter. In return, they have little to no emotion and they are known to suffer the strikeouts of rage that Shadow Pokémon suffer.
Categories: Shadow Augmentation, Shadow Emotional Manipulation
Shadow Augmentation: Ability to channel shadow energies within oneself to heighten their mental attributes or abilities. Can basically be added to other abilities to strengthen them. Shadow Emotional Manipulation: The ability related to controlling shadow energies in others. Typically (or always) relies on some kind of scientific creation for the effect to be possible.
---
Darkness: Restricted to Admin approved characters or NPCs. These powers are similar to Psychic or Aura powers, except that they source the Darkness as their source of power. They are inherently powerful against Pokémon and humans, but not against users of Aura. Without a direct connection to the Darkness their source of energy is limited, but very powerful and is self-rejuvenating. When one (without a direct link to the Darkness) has over used their abilities, they much recharge their powers over time.
Categories: Darkness Augmentation, Darkness Dimensional Awareness, Darkness Emotional Manipulation, Darkness Projection
Darkness Augmentation: Ability to channel dark energies within oneself to heighten their mental attributes or abilities. Can basically be added to other abilities to strengthen them. Darkness Dimensional Awareness: Ability to share the hivemind with the Darkness. Darkness Emotional Manipulation: Ability to close off the hearts of Pokémon, turning them into Shadow Pokémon. Does not work on humans. Darkness Projection: Ability to create barriers or tangible forms of shadow energy, generally for attack or defense. This also includes healing.

DESCRIPTIONS OF LEVELS:
Novice: Someone who has just begun to learn the skill at hand. Not much experience. Apprentice: A decent amount of experience in the skill at hand, but not enough that they can use it without mistake often. Journeyman: Moderate or average amount of experience in something. Expert: A good amount of experience in something. Master: The person has nothing left to learn in the area. The usual end level for most abilities. Grandmaster*: Achieving a further understanding of the area of skill, the person has most likely devoted a lifetime to the ability or has been enlightened through further means on its knowledge. (Generally a character's most focused area of study or something they were born inherent good at or something they achieved Legendary benefits for.) Inherent: The "level" given to abilities that are traits, and not specifically trainable skills. Eidetic memories or the ability to see Shadow Pokémon auras fall in this.
*Grandmaster ranking in something can only be achieved via Admin approval.

Liam Thalos:
- "Not by myself.... Even one such as I needs a friend at my side."
-
Telepathy: Quite simply, the ability to percieve the thoughts of others. Though he can use this on humans, it takes far less concentration to listen to the thoughts of Pokémon. He cannot send thoughts into unknowing subjects' minds. This ability has about a 1-mile radius; he can, however, form psychic connections with one person or Pokémon to triple this range. If he does this, that person or Pokémon is the only one he can communicate with.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Telepathy Level: Journeyman
Psychic Projection: Liam can mend the wounds of Pokémon and people alike by extending his very willpower into their bodies. This can take awhile, especially for more severe injuries, ranging from one minute to days for someone to fully heal from a wound. He typically needs to touch any wound to be healed. He has also begun experimenting with using it for defending himself, though it'll take a good deal of time before he's good at that.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection. Level: Expert.
Dacia Nihsta:
- "Even with this... I need to stick to why I am who I am now.."
-
Empathy: Quite simply, the ability to percieve the emotions of others. She can also influence the emotions of others either by concentration or feeling the same emotion. Either of these are only effective within a 1-mile radius of Dacia, and it gets harder to influence people as they get farther away from her.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Empathy Level: Expert
Swordcraft: Dacia is skilled with rapiers. She, at one point, fenced as a hobby, but soon after realized that a sword was quite the handy tool. She has trained herself to the point where she can't be disarmed easily, and can efficiently strike in most positions.
[size0]Type: Physical Category: Weapon Proficiency. Level: Journeyman.

Looks good, Albion. Sorry I missed your characters on the list. I started building it before your grandiose return~ Thank you much for posting regardless though. :D I appreciate it. You're the first step in clearing out the long list of characters. :3333
The only change you need to make is that the category for Empathy is just that, Empathy, not Telepathy. :3

Weapon Proficiency (Lance)
[size0]Type: Physical/Talent Category: Weapon Proficiency Level: Master
- Date Masamune
-
Elemental Attribute - Dragon
[size0]Type: Element Category: All Level: Master
Weapon Proficiency (Swords): Befitting a samurai living in the age of the Warring States, Masamune was proficient in the use of the katana. However, unique to himself, he developed the dexterity and strength required to wield anywhere between one and six swords at any given time and still fight without sacrificing any speed or strength.
[size0]Type: Physical/Talent Category: Weapon Proficiency Level: Master
Weapon Proficiency (Firearms): Like Oda Nobunaga, Masamune recognized the growing importance of technological advancements such as firearms, and was famed for his Date Rifle Corps. For his personal use, Masamune generally wielded one or two flintlock pistols either alone or in conjunction with his swords. Stories tell that, despite it being flintlock weapons, that Masamune could attack continually with the pistols without ever seeming to need to reload. In actuality, this was him channeling his Elemental attribute through the weapons; he never used actual projectiles.
[size0]Type: Talent/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Skill/Special Level: Master
Weapon Proficiency (Modern Technology): Since being revived in the present day by Arceus, Masamune has spent every waking moment studying the technology of the modern world in order to better prepare himself for the battles that Arceus has promised. This includes modern warfare tactics, the internet, all forms of technology, and to the great chagrin of everyone involved, Twitter.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Knowledge/Skill Level: Journeyman
Special Trait (Dragonborn): Masamune is one of the rare individuals known as a Dragonborn, with the ability to project power through their voice in the same manner as the ancient dragons of legend.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Death Fang (Dragon Claw): This is a one-handed technique that requires three swords held in one hand. A devastating physical strike that can knock enemies into the air and juggle already-airborne foes.[/b]
[size0]Type: Physical/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Attack/Physical Level: Master
Phantom Dive (Dragon Rush): Masamune does a horizontal sweep, then leaps and slams the ground, causing an electrical shockwave that goes forward.
[size0]Type: Physical/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Attack/Physical+Special Level: Master
Jet-X (Dual Chop): This requires the use of all six swords. A brutal forward cross slash.
[size0]Type: Physical/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Attack/Physical Level: Master
Crazy Storm (Outrage): This is a two-handed technique that requires two swords in both hands. A multi-hit combo attack using the swords in both hands.
[size0]Type: Physical/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Attack/Physical Level: Master
War Dance (Dragon Dance): A passive support technique. Masamune draws all six swords and charges himself with Elemental power, immensely increasing his attack speed and power.
[size0]Type: Physical/Elemental (Dragon) Category: Fighting Style/Status Level: Master
Dragon Shout "Arceus' Peace" (Kaan Drem Ov): This shout causes all wild Pokémon to become nonhostile to Masamune in a 300 foot spherical radius. It also apparently causes Flying-types to drop out of the sky. It can also be used to prevent wild Pokémon from fleeing.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Call Dragon": This shout, little more than the name Odahviing, is used by Masamune to call his Salamence to him.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Disarm" (Zun Haal Viik): This shout is a blast of energy that spreads out in a forward cone and knocks the weapons, Poké balls, or held items out of the hands of everything—person or Pokémon—in the area of effect.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Fire Breath" (Yol Toor Shul): Technically a misnomer, as the effects of this shout are more in line with Dragonbreath than a flamethrower. Those on the receiving end probably won't be concerned with that little bit of hair-splitting, however.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Marked For Death" (Krii Lun Aus): This shout steadily drains the life out of a single target, operating in a manner similar to Perish Song.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Meteor Storm": A shout of wordless sheer power, this shout summons a hail of meteors that rain down within a mile surrounding Masamune. This meteor rain indiscriminately harms friend and foe alike, and causes severe strain on Masamune, and so is used extremely rarely.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Dragon Shout "Unrelenting Force" (Fus Ro Dah): The most well-known of the Dragon Shouts, Unrelenting Force is exactly what its name suggests: a blast of energy spreading out in a cone from Masamune that bowls down practically everything caught in the area of effect.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
- "Chris Ganale"
-
Shadow Vision: Chris is capable of seeing Shadow Pokémon. This equates to him being able to detect the aura of malcontent that surrounds them and perceive it as a purple-ish haze. He is able to see this even in darkness, as it acts almost like the ability to see in infrared.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Weapon Proficiency (Firearms): As a fan of first-person shooters and war movies, Chris knows a great deal about various small arms weapons sytems and gun safety. Military training has provided a marksman-level qualification of the M16-series assault rifle and the M9 Beretta.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Journeyman
Weapon Proficiency (Swords): Favoring a large, two-handed greatsword, Chris is more practiced with using this weapon, having experience in combat with it, as several former members of Team Galactic who are tragically no longer with us could attest to.
[size0]Type: Physical Category: Weapon Proficiency Level: Journeyman
Basic Military Training
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Munitions Systems: Training in understanding, handling, storage, transportation, and maintenance of RSAF explosive items.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Apprentice
- "Ghost"
-
Knowledge (TACP): Trained as a tactical air controller, Reilly is able to easily liaison with any available air support, or even artillery support if necessary, to perform all manner of target strikes, to include close air support, counterbattery, interdiction, harassing, covering, and final defensive fire.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Knowledge (Static Defense): Due to his initial training as Security Forces, and field experience against insurgents in Iraq, Reilly is exceptionally talented at organizing a strong defense of a fixed position. This is most clear when defending a prepared position, with the effectiveness of the defense falling slightly in the event of a hasty defensive position.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Knowledge (MOUT): Having taken part in Operation: Enduring Freedom, Reilly is trained and quite familiar with combat operations in urban terrain.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Weapon Proficiency (Rifles): As part of initial entry training for the US Air Force, and yearly refresher training as first Security Forces, then combat controller, Reilly is expert-rated with the M16A4, and at least marksman proficient in several other types of assault rifle-class weapons.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Weapon Proficiency (Pistols): As part of yearly training as Security Forces, Reilly scored marksman on the M9 Beretta, then switched to the USP .45 upon becoming special forces, for which he is marksman-rated.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Journeyman
Weapon Proficiency (Sniper): In attempt to lessen the boredom of typical Security Forces work, Reilly trained as a dedicated marksman prior to becoming a combat controller. He is expert-rated on the L96A1.
[size0]Type: Talent Category: Skill Level: Expert
Weapon Proficiency (Melee): His least-proficient combat ability, Reilly is most deadly with a blade when his enemy is unaware of his presence. If detected, he'll just go for his sidearm
[size0]Type: Physical Category: Weapon Proficiency Level: Journeyman
- Sohee
-
Beast Trick: This ability taps into the primitive minds of beasts, and works similar to Dominate Mind, in that a hostile beast could easily be calmed. However, if the beast is attacked or interacted with, she'll lose her domain over the beast. Also works on most Pokémon that possess simple minds.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Mind Control Level: Expert
Blind Sight: Allows Sohee to envision her surroundings with the power of her mind. This vision is accurate down to the ability to read the words on a dime. This power is always active.
[size0]Type: Talent/Psychic Category: Misc Level: Inherent
Choke: We should all know what this one is. But for those who don't, Sohee uses the power of her mind to block off an enemy's trachea, thus causing them to suffocate.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Telekinesis Level: Expert
Dominate Mind: With the power of her mind, Sohee can alter a target's perceptions or implant a suggestion in their mind. Her overpowering psyche is not prone to fail. (Yeah kids, the classic Jedi mind trick.)
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Mind Control/Mental Projection Level: Expert
Drain Life: Sohee can drain the life of a single target to heal herself.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psionic/Psychometabolism Level: Expert
Improved Energy Resistance: Blocks Ice, Lightning, Fire, Wind, and Light-based Elemental or magical attacks for twelve rounds.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection Level: Expert
Improved Psychic Barrier: Lasts five rounds, protects against bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, and Elemental/magical attacks that Psychic is strong against.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection Level: Expert
Precognition: Warns Sohee of danger.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Precognition Level: Expert
Psychic: Sohee unleashes a wave of Psychic energy on the mind of the target, which causes damage and can result in confusion, paralysis, and sometimes death.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psionic Level: Expert
Psychic Push: This move pushes a target back five meters and stuns them for a round, on top of dealing damage.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Telekinesis/Psionic Level: Expert
Stasis: Stuns the target for two rounds, and then slows the target for two rounds afterwards.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psionic Level: Expert
Telepathy: This allows Sohee to communicate to a specific target. It is also her primary method of communication, as she dislikes speaking.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Telepathy Level: Expert
Teleport: Sohee can teleport herself and two additional targets to any point that she has been to or "seen" before.
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Teleportation Level: Expert
- Xiao Qiao
-
Elemental Attribute - Flying - Lacking any real form of offensive moveset to her type, her power is more internally focused on making her faster and more evasive.
[size0]Type: Elemental Category: Status Level: Master
Weapon Proficiency (War Fans): Xiao Qiao's primary weapons are a pair of reinforced metal, bladed-edge war fans almost as large as she is. Her small stature and high speed and agility allow her to move gracefully and swiftly in and out of battle, but she also packs a considerable wallop with her fans.
[size0]Type: Physical Category: Weapon Proficiency Level: Master

- "Parvana Eirlys"
-
Genetically Engineered Psionic Type: Psychic Categories: All Level: Expert - Inherent (Varies by Ability)
Name of Power: The Living World This ability works off the basic principle of the thoughts of others constantly drifting around without any active or inherent ability to shield themselves from empathic or telepathic probing. This allows her to both sense the moods of others, as well as read their surface thoughts. This power is considered always on and has an indeterminate range - she has not yet found a limit to far how she can read the thoughts of others, or how far the emotions of others reach her from. This can be maddening, and usually manifests for Parvana as a drone of voices, from which she chooses, and sometimes does not choose, voices to specifically listen to, and listen for. Type: Psychic Category: Empathy/Telepathy Level: Inherent
Name of Power: Psychic Impressions Very much what the name of the power itself describes, Parvana has the inherent and unfortunate ability to touch an individual and is forcibly thrust into their mind, allowing her to see their memories, view their thoughts, and see and probe things otherwise hidden in their deeper subconscious mind. While this has incredible benefits and abilities to be manipulated for things such as interrogation, Parvana is loath to touch an individual as she feels this to be incredibly invasive to them, and because the ability is physically and mentally draining not just for the individual touched, but for herself as well. Touching too many individuals in this fashion has the potential to cause a sort of mental overload, as well as a psychic backlash, causing the tenuous control she has over her abilities to temporarily snap and lash out at individuals surrounding her, both physically and mentally. For this reason, Parvana is usually covered, and rarely has skin to skin contact with anyone, with the exception of a few select people who seem 'immune' to her abilities, or who can shield themselves well enough to avoid it. This ability does not seem to work on Pokémon who are psychic, but will work on other types of Pokémon, and works on most, if not all people who she comes into direct physical contact with. (Generally requires PC player permission, otherwise only works on NPC's, depending on the circumstance.) Type: Psychic Category: Empathic/Memory Recognition/Latent Telepathy Level: Inherent
Name of Power: Psychometabolic Manipulation This ability is, simply put, what allows Parvana to manipulate her own body, in the sense of affecting her age, physical size, and physical form. It is with this discipline of psychic power that she is capable of manipulating her physical form. Everything and anything can be changed, and she could be anyone on the street if she so desired, after moments of concentration. She uses this power rarely, instead preferring her own chosen physical form. Type: Psychic Category: Psychometabolism Level: Inherent
Name of Power: Telepathic Projection Parvana uses this ability to project her thoughts outward into an audible form that others may hear or see. These thoughts can take the form of either audiovisual impressions, strictly visual impressions, or strictly audial impressions. It is determined by Van's decisions as she projects her thoughts outward. Similarly, she may use this ability to externalize the thoughts of others, though this requires much more focus, and an active psychic link with the individual. Because this is incredibly intrusive, except during things such as interrogations, Van only uses this ability with the permission of the individual whose thoughts she is externalizing. If Van ever reaches Grandmaster with this ability, she will be capable of complete illusions, ones that have audiovisual impressions, as well as tactile sensations and that are able to be actively interacted with. She is already at this level with her own thoughts, but not the thoughts of others. Type: Psychic Category: Telepathy Level: Master
Name of Power: Psychokinesis Exactly what it says on the tin. Parvana has not yet found a limitation to what she can lift, but she expects it to be within the range of one to two tons, potentially more, as she has not yet tested the upper limit of the weight she is capable of lifting. She is capable of controlling multiple objects at once, with her current limit seeming to be no more than fifty objects at one time, and with the total weight no more than 300 lbs per object manipulated. Any more than that and it begins to create strain on her mind. Her psychokinesis sometimes manifests itself as glowing tendrils of energy, spheres of energy, or waves of energy that manipulate the objects around her. The glowing tendrils are the most versatile, with each tendril acting as an additional ‘limb’. These tendrils are visible, but cannot be interacted with, though she can interact with others with them. (Schoolgirls need not apply.) Type: Psychic Category: Telekinesis Level: Grandmaster
Name of Power: Psionic Manipulation Type: Psychic Category: All Of Them Level: Inherent
Parvana has not yet found a type of psionic or psychic manipulation she is incapable of performing. These manipulations can be finite or infinite, broadly expansive or specialized enough to be psychic surgery. As she continues to grow, her power is expanding. More of her abilities will be added as they come to light through RP.

Albion:
Already went over this via PM/profile. You're good.
--
Tempest:
Bella's Future Sight one needs your attention. You have the same description for it as Telekinesis.
As for Telekinesis itself, you can max out at Master rank at the moment. Grandmaster in Psychic abilities is gonna require her getting a Plate or some sort of benefit from a Legendary or extended life period. (Take this with a grain of salt, only one character on the board has Grandmaster capabilities, and that's because he predates the level-ranking-skill system by almost a year or two. Sabrina doesn't even have Grandmaster psychic abilities.)
For People Sense, the Category is Empathy.
Ferra's stuff is okay, but it would have to be some type of psychic power. Elemental powers are only for Plate users. Psychic > Psychic Projection > Inherent will work.
Other than that, everything looks okay. Add these to your profiles and you're good to do. Sorry these weren't on the master list. I had a lot of things to go through. Thank you for bringing your characters to my attention! :3 I really appreciate it, hon. <3

Name of Power: Ninjatô
[size0]Type: Physical/Psychic Category: Weapon Proficiency/Psychometry Level: Journeyman A straight-edged Katana that Leon became interested in learning how to wield at a young age. While training in Saffron City he used it as a medium to train how to transfer his psionic power into other objects, as such he is most comfortable using psionic transfer when wielding this weapon as a focus for his powers. A very light opaque purple flame like aura appears around the weapon even when not in contact with Leon due to lingering psionic energy from years of use. the aura intensifies when Leon uses his powers. Due to the permanent psionic energy, Leon can use the sword as an object of scrying and view both past and present from the swords perspective. The sword itself is attached to his back
Name of Power: Telekenisis
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Telekinesis Level: Expert Years spent training in Saffron Gym against his own Pokémon gave Leon a great deal of practice using this mental muscle.
Name of Power: Mental Bonds
[size0]Type: Psychic/Aura [See Synergy below.] Category: Telepathy/Mind Control. Level: Journeyman/ Inherent While Leon has a acceptable level of skill with being able to communicate with his thoughts, the bond he has with his Pokémon and Psychic Pokémon strengthen this power of this ability up to and rivaling grandmaster status when dealing with those Pokémon. As of current he can telepathically command all of his Pokémon. Oracle is the one exception however. With her he can even understand her Poké-speak and, in extreme situations, even take control of her body and grant her any ability that he knows, [example: Teleport] even if she normally couldn't use such an ability. In the same circumstance, Oracle can manipulate her bond with Leon to control him as well. Both parties being aware of what's happening unless one of them happens to be unconscious when it happens.
Name of Power: Psionic Transfer
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection Level: Apprentice ~ Expert Using this Leon can Transfer his psionic energy into objects to strengthen or weaken them as well as create psionic constructs and objects that respond to his will. Most often used in-conjunction with his Ninjatô. Without his sword, his skill in this is apprentice level at best.
Name of Power: Teleport
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Teleportation Level: Expert While Leon gained a great deal of knowledge on teleporting while training in Saffron's Gym, he usually prefers more common modes of transportation.
Name of Power: Psychic
[size0]Type: Psychic Category: Cross-Dimential Awareness, Empathy, Mediumship, Memory Manipulation, Mental Projection, Precognition, Psionic, Psychometapolism, Psychometry. Level: Novice While Leon innately has a great affinity and has shown great promise in other areas of psychic influence, he only has a base understanding and awareness of his other skills. mostly through a Psychic 101 course while training in Saffron Gym. He chose to focus his skills on more practical skills befitting a Pokémon Trainer.
Name of Power: Synergy
[size0]Type: Aura Category: Aura Perception/Aura Projection Level: Inherent The strength of the power varies relating to the strength of the bond that is developed with his Pokémon, Leon can use the bond created between them to transfer some of their strength to him as well as an approximate location of the Pokémon with whom he is bonded. As these bonds are strengthened with time and battle, so do their benefits. Individual details listed below by Pokémon.
Oracle
[size0]Bond Level: Grandmaster Gives Leon the ability Magic Coat, as well as gives him a limited clairvoyance through the constant use of Future Sight to predict opponents attacks. Psychic power is also increased by a level [max of master level]. Their thoughts become intertwined almost like a hive mind. All senses between them are shared.
Void
[size0]Bond Level: Master Gives Leon the ability Synchronize, grants him an immunity to hostile psychic abilities [emulates Dark-type] and allows him to manipulate his own shadow into a doppelganger of himself.
Proton
[size0]Bond Level: Journeyman Gives Leon a increased resistance to electricity. It requires 100x more electricity then the normal man to kill him.
Pyro
[size0]Bond Level: Expert Grants Leon an immunity to normal fire and Fire-type attacks, however magma is still a concern.
Levia
[size0]Bond Level: Expert Gives Leon a increased underwater affinity allowing him to swim as fast in the water as he can run on land, in addition he can remain underwater for up to 20 minutes without needing to return to the surface.
Tetris
[size0]Bond Level: Apprentice Leon is able to temporarily mimic another's abilities or physical prowess, albeit his version can not exceed the strength level of this bond.
Above Aura powers are only available when above Pokémon is nearby and, normally, out of its Poké Ball. In cases of extreme duress [i.e. Pokémon theft] just close proximity to the Poké Ball is enough.
i think that covers it... whew.... on the 2 possible grandmaster things i put, its only because they depend on the bond between them and its always the bond between Leon and his Espeon. its so strong they can practicly become a hive mind being able to act as one organism instead of two. can't really get closer then that, nor would any other Pokémon be able to reach that degree of bond other then his espeon.

Leon: Looks good to me. I took the liberty of spell checking it for you.
I know we've covered the Teleport thing before, what with your Espeon and all. I'll allow it (and Leon rejoices!) under the understanding that any powers that Leon can transfer to Oracle do not exceed Leon's level of the power. (I.E. Oracle can Teleport at Expert proficiency.))
Nifty idea with the Aura thing, too, but you might want to make it have Psychic/Psychic Projection tie-ins as well, instead of just being and Aura ability. Aura Projection into other beings is often fatal. Alternatively, you can just say Leon takes great care when he does it, since we don't want him killing himself.
The Grandmaster with the Aura ability I can give you, since Aura is inherent and since I've somewhat revised how Grandmaster is achieved.
So, looks good. Add it to his profile.

Faeyt Laurel, aka Atropos
- "The threads of Fate have been pulled taught. It is time to do some cutting."
-
Darkness: The Darkness has weaved itself throughout his mind, forming a mental link with Atropos that compels him to push forward unleashing it upon the world. While the process is slow, the Darkness has been feeding its intentions to Atropos for some time, which has greatly influenced the boy's actions since he founded Team Fated. Atropos is unaware of its presence inside him, and the Darkness intends to use this to its advantage. It will not be betrayed again...
[size0]Type: Darkness Category: Darkness Projection Level: Grandmaster
Will add to this over time... But here's Atropos for now, Mizu-kun.

Syaoran Fay
Psycho Metabolism or Magcian's Path: Syaoran has complete control over his body to the point where he do various things with it that are not normal in nature but Syaoran often sugar coats it as Magician's practise or path to fool others in to believing it to be mere tricks. In truth it's more complex then that as Syaoran can do things with this power such as hardening his skin/bones to resist attacks/brakes, Dispersing himself into smoke for evasion. Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Metabolism Level: Master
Weapons Proficiency (Ranged Melee) - Syaoran is highly skilled in the use of ropes darts which he has wrapped around his arms under his jacket, he's also skilled in the use of throwing weapons and keeps pouches full of kurenai. His skills came from after his lose and apart of his training as a Magician because of the need for some way to defend himself and to add to his skill set as a Magician. Type: Physical/Talent Category: Weapons Proficiency Level: Master
Escapology - As apart of his Magician training, allowing for him to escape all kinds of traps, bonds and prisons. As well as the ability to spot and disarm such devices if he comes across them and he carries the tools to do so. Type: Talent/Physical Category: Talent/Physical Level: Expert
Touch Sight: - Syaoran can generate a subtle telekinetic field of mental contact, allowing him to “feel” his surroundings even in total darkness or when his sight would otherwise be obscured by his physical environment. His touch sight field emanates from his person out to 60 feet. He can ignore invisibility, darkness, and concealment, he can detect and pinpoint all creatures within 60 feet. In many circumstances, comparing his regular senses to what he can learn with touch sight is enough to tell him the difference between visible, invisible, hiding, and concealed creatures. Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection Level: Master
Smoke teleportation/transportation - Using his skills as a Magcian's and the control over his person Syaoran can use his smoke for teleportation to the point of appearing and disappearing at will, the range from this can be a whole city or places he knows exceedingly well but he can go from place to place with it if he likes. But as a method of transport it differs slightly from the teleport as it isn't instant and has him as a cloud of smoke traveling through the air he can keep himself together easy enough as well. Type: Physical/Psychic Category: teleportation Level: Master
Magician's Save - Syaroan is able to heal himself from various and even lethal wounds to the point where he can reattach a severed limb though only if he can find it, his control over his being and his mind allows him to block out the pain and replace the damaged cells while also repairing others. Though he's unable to heal his eye as he lost it before learning the power. Type: Psychic Category: Psychis Projection Level: Expert
Magician's Copy - Using his smoke and or skill set Syaoran can make one or more copies f his person and give them substance to do what is needed when necessary, it a great trick when out numbered and fans of magic enjoy it thoroughly. It allows him to make a full fledged copy of himself that can do all that he can but still take orders from him personally and although they can talk its usually Ssyaoran making them do so, if he orders them he can make them react like he will but it has it's limits on occasion. Type: Psychic Category: Psychic Projection/Telekinesis Level: Master.

Fai: Magician's Path looks fine, but psychcometabolism generally means only the appearance or psychical composition of a person. So the bones and smoke work, but the doppelgangers, teleportation and healing would not fall under that category. An easy fix, just give Healing (psychic projection category), Teleporation (teleportation category) and the doppelganger ability (probably best classified as a psychic projection / telekinesis category mix) their own write ups.
Touch Sight would be Empathy / Precognition. Maybe Empathy/ Precognition / Mental Projection, depending on the exact mechanics of it.
In any case, looks just fine! Write up the fix for Magician's Path and you're good to go. :3
(As a side note, love your character, Fai, I've always been a big fan of Tsubasa.)
