Believe in you, who believes in yourself.

The morning was one of those crisp, biting morns, the kind that started snapping at your heels the moment you stepped outside; it was the kind of morning that said, "Today is either going to be a bitch or nothing at all." Flocks of Pidove swooped and soared over head, dipping down to sit on the railings of balconies and to seek out a stray bird feeder here or there. Below, the low-lifes of Narrow Street milled back and forth.

Zeus sighed, leaning forward on the railing. He could just hear the chime of the ancient bells of a door-signal below. Likely they were from the antique shop that served as the front for Team Fated's hideout. The store truthfully was filled with legitimate relics... but given the location in Castelia City, very few ever ventured down Narrow Street to seek out the treasures within.

Above the shop was the residential apartments and condos that housed Fated's members. To all it honestly just looked like a residential building. But below the store, accessible only from hidden elevator that required a card key, were the other facilities of the Fated base. Training quarters, databases and archives and almost anything else the members might want for. Zeus smirked, turning around and leaning back to enjoy the chill of the morning wind. Half of the facilities below has been financed by his own estate. The other... well... who knew where Atropos got the funds.

Rolling his shoulders, Zeus ventured back into his room. The interior was something out of a high end magazine, not that he particularly wanted for anything in the room. The chilly air had cooled the sheen of sweat on his body from his morning workout. Striding from his bedroom to the second room that he had worked into a wooden-floored training room. Grasping a towel and wiping the liquid from his brow, he looked over to the two Pokémon sparing in the corner.

"Koryke, strike closer to the body. You're hitting too wide."

The Hitmonchan let out a snort and continued to spar with the Hitmonlee serving as its opponent. Zeus monitored for a moment to ensure that the hot-headed Hitmonchan would follow through with his demand. Pleased when the creature did, he turned back to head to his shower.

He slipped into the room and turned on the water as scalding as he could stand. Stripping out of his white robes and pants, tossed them aside and stepped under the shower head. Letting the water run over his body in rivulets. Half an hour later, he exited his room all together. Hair still slightly damp, but dressed to the nines, Zeus exuded the smug demeanor he was known for. On his shoulder rode the Emolga known as a nuisance to the base.

Time to search out some fun, because, honestly, unless Atropos had some plan for today, there was little else to do at the moment. He began down the hallway, headed for the room meant for general congregation. A rec-room of sorts. Maybe Hades would be back today. Zeus smirked to himself; it would be fun indeed to pester the red kid again.

Jack (rather, Asclepius) was in the hideout's front: the shop part of the building. His imposing outfit had long since been put away in his quarters. Not exactly what he wants to be seen in for any customers, he claimed. It may not be popular, but you could never be too careful.

So, while the rest of the members came and went, he sat behind the counter in a pair of slacks, a black dress shirt, and a crimson-colored vest: complete with an antique (naturally) pair of square-shaped reading glasses complete with chain, all pinned to his vest by the copper pin he normally wore. He kept his sword hidden in its sheath beneath the counter.

His Beautifly, Soul, perched on his shoulder as the man casually flipped through today's newspaper. He had to do something in between tending to the occasional customer and checking the surveillance screen. He didn't care if the other members got into fights, no: he was specifically watching to see if Atropos was safe. ...He couldn't figure out why these things never had sound, though.

---
Pan had spent most of his day out in the park, sleeping on his Torterra's back and basically wasting the day away. After being ever so rudely interrupted from his nap by some kids and their prankster-Pankeys, Pan made his way back to the base: even cheerfully greeting Asclepius on his way by. ...And naturally getting no response beyond the man flipping through his paper.

After taking the elevator down, Pan came upon a realization: he had spent all day sleeping, and his stomach was now complaining about it. It was straight to the kitchen to find something to fix that. ...Four apples later, and a fifth one in hand, Pan began wandering the halls until he finally wandered to the rec room. He spotted Zeus right away and frowned. He quickly scanned the room to look for Hades. Pan may not be strong, but he had to protect his friend...

Having just found an indoor swimming pool, Poseidon was stoked and hadn't left that room since nearly a whole day prior. Finally feeling the need to get out, eat some food other than the snacks he had in his bag, and communicate with other people, he called out to all of his Pokémon and put them all back in their Pokeballs. Feeling the colder air against his bare chest he shivered, quickly grabbing a nearby towel, Poseidon started drying off Blueberry, happily listening to her exclamations of glee.

Smiling, Poseidon proceeded to dry himself off most of the way, pick up Monty in his little glass orb and start walking back toward the rec room where he'd hopefully see some people. As he neared the doors, he put the towel around his neck and stepped in.

"Heyya guys!"

After proclaiming his entrance, Poseidon noticed that nobody else was in the Rec Room. "...Okay then. Hmm...I wonder if there's any food in here..." Heading over toward the mini-bar, he grabbed a soda and an apple then heard Blueberry make her cry of slight hunger.

--Azurill!--

"You hungry Blueberry? Here! There's some Pokémon food up here!" he said with a smile on his face as he tossed down a little snack to one of his Pokémon pets. Looking around he decided he'd stay in the Rec room for a little while, and if nobody showed up, then he'd go looking for some fun. Cause darnit, if fun didn't come to him, then he'd go make some!
