She does anything she can to protect Saebyuk and her “sister” Nalsaengma. She’s an extremely swift Pokémon with harsh temper and often comes off as mean spirited and aggressive. Because of Saebyuk’s past she is very defensive to strangers, but becomes friendly after time. -Translation of her name means “Eletric” ![]() Rapidash 날쌩마 “Nalsaengma” Free flowing Fire Nalsaengma(Nal-say-ng-ma) is the more innocent of the pair. She is carefree, and often thinks after her actions occur. She enjoys running and playing constantly because she sees life as an open play ground. She can turn any frown upside down, and won’t stop trying if she cannot succeed. -Translation of her name is just “Rapidash” Appearance: Saebyuk is a tall and skinny model-like woman. She has light honey-caramel skin tone with long flowing straight dark brown hair. Her bangs are cut evenly just below her eyebrows to reveal her same colored small almond eyes. She often wears bright pink lip-gloss on top of peachy lipstick. Her eyes are either naturally lined or accented with heavy pure black gel liner and eye shadow. This trainer usually dresses one of two ways that seem to come from the spirit of both her Pokémon. Sometimes she sports swimsuits because of her hometown vacation setting, however it is a rare occurrence. Her relaxed style is usually when she’s dressed in traditional Cherokee dresses or sweater dresses with leggings. Every other time she usually wears black leather corsets, jackets, shorts, and studded jewelry paired with a type of high-heeled boot. The leather-heeled boot is always above her knee and is never below a three-inch platform and a five-inch heel. She is usually seen in the leather outfits when in cities or at night. Picture (Optional): ![]() Personality: She is very defensive, even against the people she is closest to in her life. A lot of backstabbing, mistrust and lies have her on guard with every second she’s with someone. Her guard is only lowered when alone with her Pokémon and mother. She’s very protective of those three individuals. Saebyuk can be a very delightful person when taken the time to get to know her. She’s always happy and bubbly even if she shows a bad temper on the outside. She enjoys anything artistic and musical. She enjoys dancing the most of all. However, Saebyuk hides her weak personality under the popstar/bad girl impression she masks herself with. Personal History: Saebyuk grew up in Undella Town with her mom and their Starmie, Lanturn and Vaporeon. As a child, she helped with her mother’s scuba diving business, but barely had a social life outside of family. In the summer, all of the vacationers brought their children, but most were older than her age. Despite her mother's job and her beach environment, she can't swim properly. At the age of 10, she began taking classes at a private performing arts academy in Black City. There, she majored in dance, studied Pokémon coordination, producing music and even the experimented in Pokémon/human dance performances. She became fascinated by the Coordination contests after a popular coordinator visited the school and began heavily studying them. The school took a trip to Mistralton City where she wandered off onto the route north of the city. She ran into a wild Tranquil, defenseless without a Pokémon. A Zebstrika jumped from the bushes running at top speeds and Wild Charged the bird. Saebyuk and the horse looked into each other’s eyes and from that moment instantly became friends. Jeongi, in which Saebyuk named the Zebstrika, followed her back to her classmates even though the girl told her to stay behind with her family. The subborn horse offered Saebyuk a ride on her back to ensure a safe and swift return. In high school, Jeongi was Saebyuk’s one and only friend. The vacation town native was either seen as a complete freak or only had people try to sweet talk their way to her luxury resort home for a party. She underwent a few times where she was bullied for months straight in classes not only by fellow students, but teachers as well. Sometimes Jeongi would come to her rescue but other times she was unable to. During her first year of high school level dance training, there was a competition visit with the school to Castella City. Saebyuk met a guy whom she dated long distantly for two years. He was two years older than her. Once he graduated and got accepted into a prestigious university, he began cheating on her and eventually broke up with her. Saebyuk vows the day she sees his face again she will have Jeongi electrocute him to death. Once during summer vacation, Jeongi and Saebyuk were running and dancing across the beach when the Sinnoh League Champion approached both of them and asked if they heard of the Triathlon competitions in Johto. It was then that Saebyuk made a trip to spend the rest of the summer in Goldenrod City, where her father works as a Disc Jockey. The pair one several metals in speed but failed to score in any other category. Saebyuk’s father owned two Rapidash’s and when she moved in he told her that they were about to become parents. The day finally arrived and they assisted in the birth of a female Ponyta. Saebyuk and Jeongi also helped both parents take care of the baby until it was time for her to move back to Undella Town for the start of another school year. She and Jeongi caused a scandal in the last year of schooling with a sexual dance performance under the stage name of RaNia for their final performance. Jeongi barely did a thing under than spark effects for her trainer’s dance and provide herself as a prop. Newspapers across Unova called her a popstar in the making or too much for the region’s audience. Some vacationers still recognize her as the controversial RaNia when dressed in all black leather. At age 18, Saebyuk graduated from the dance academy and as a present she received two pokeballs, one with flames drawn on the top and one with lighting bolts. The electric Poké Ball had Jeongi’s name written on it, while the flame one was blank. A permanent marker also lay in the envelope. The letter in-closed was from her dad and aunt in Johto. The note stated that she had made them proud and knew she world be able to treat this special young Pokémon with love and care like she has with her Zebstrika. The Pokémon inside the flameball was revealed as the Ponyta that they helped deliver. Saebyuk named her Nalsaengma, and when she evolved was too entered in speed completions at the Triathlon. Currently, three are still seen running/dancing along the beaches of Undella Town and are always seen in Goldenrod City, where the location of the record company that hired her is located. However, she never forgets her pokemons’ passion for running and tries to compete them semi-annually in Triathlons. The three have also been preparing for coordination contests. She is presently a member of a multi-member girl group that performs primarily in Johoto and Kanto. She decided to take a break from the group to decide if she wanted to peruse a solo career after a dispute. She returned to Unova to figure the situation out. Saebyuk has released the following music: Solo Albums: (Unova Released Mini-Album) Breathe (Johto Released Mini-Album) I Miss You (feat. My Way) 9 Muses: (Johto/Kanto Debut Album) News (Released in All Regions) Ticket / Who R You? RP Sample: The sun beamed bright, blinding anything in sight. The heat rose from the asphalt underneath the clicking 7-inch back stilettos from her perfectly tan feet. Her body, wrapped in a silver cape, stood before two restless Pokémon. The Rapidash neighed at the girl. The Zebstrika only rolled her eyes, smiling at the young two-year-old baby. A radio off to the side began blasting breathing noises, and their trainer mocked them. Suddenly, she raised the cape with her left arm, then right, then both before throwing it off to the beat of the music, revealing leather shorts and a matching halter top revealing her belly. Both horse-like Pokémon begin racing at speeds over 402 km/h. Only lines of yellow and a line or red are seen of them across the beach. Everyone lying in lawn chairs began shouting names. “Bets on Nalsaengma!” “Jeongi is gonna win!” Only 45 seconds later, the girl continued her dance. She reached down, grabbed the cape, extended her arm up and let it sway above her. The striped racer arrived back before her fiery sister. The vacationers cheered. “Saebyuk, you’re Pokémon are amazingly fast! It’s amazing!” The girl smiled cupping the muzzle of her loveable Jeongi in her hands. “Thank you.” She kept her words simple and calm. Nalsaengma called from afar. Both Jeongi and Saebyuk raised their heads to look across the water. The young Rapidash had gotten distracted from the race with an encounter from Saebyuk’s mother. The pair laughed at the realization of her unfocused mind. “Let me on.” Jeongi bowed slightly to allow her trainer on her back. Once she had a good grip, Jeongi took off running for the other side of the beach. The sand was tossed in the air by the massive hooves that disturbed its peace. Two enjoyed the wind the flowed between their hair before they arrived in front of Nalsaengma. “Are you ladies racing and dancing again?” Mom received three voices as her response, yet the excitement of Saebyuk’s Pokémon overpowered her own voice. A Starmie came from the water and shook off the access water on its skin, causing Nalsaengma to flinch and back away slightly. “Starmie, you know not to do that around Nalsaengma!” It sighed and apologized to its fire Pokémon friend. She only smiled and nodded in response. “What are we doing for dinner tonight?” Saebyuk looked up at her mom, only being a few inches shorter than her. “I want to roast some vegetables above the fire!” Her mom smiled and returned her Starmie to its ball. “Sure, but I thought your dad was coming to pick you up for your plane ride to Johto today?” Saebyuk shook her head and smiled cutely. “That’s tomorrow. Come on girls lets go find stuff in the garden to get! Give me ahead start okay?” She ran off towards their home, her feet getting slowed down by the sand. Her Pokémon could only wait and laugh at her, smiling with joy. They waited a minute before being petted by their trainer’s mom. “Go get on, catch her!” The Zebstrika and Rapidash fled, racing each other to greet their trainer. They slowed down when reaching her, but teased her by power-walking past. “Hey wait up, not fair!” They headed for the garden to find an enjoyable meal, not knowing what could wait in their trip to Johto the next day. |
