Recently purchased and remodeled, it is owned by Kojiro Watanabe, and is run by Kojiro and his two assistants, Idrill Meifeng and Yumiko Keitaro. Their mascot is currently Meowth, and incidentally, the Wynaut doll, who is the focus of an inside joke between the trio. Despite the fact that it’s relatively new, Kitty in the House has already gained great popularity with the locals, and has frequent business. Collecting most of their flowers from the area around Celadon, they take orders from all over the region, with Delibirds making regular deliveries all across Kanto. What most don’t know is that Kitty in the House is actually a front for the three, all operatives for Team Rocket. Beneath the flower shop is the secret base of the trio, plus Meowth. Contained there are all of the basic creature comforts, the gadgets and gizmos required for their various missions, and the computer system they use to keep in contact with Rocket Headquarters. The way into the secret base is passworded, and only those with the code are capable of locating the entry point in the shop above. Even then, the entryway requires retinal scan, voice recognition and fingerprinting to gain access. [/color]</div>
