Shelgon was proud of himself for being able to overpower his opponent, despite his shell being burnt rather badly by the previous attack. It was now time to finish off Houndour before it had the chance to recover. Yet, the Endurance Pokémon turned to the cop, listening to the insult. Growling in anger, Shelgon opened his mouth, launching orange flames upon the cop now with an Ember attack. Now focused on a new opponent, Houndour might be able to recover and get an attack in. Sneasel grinned despite her pain as Mightyena started to back off. Yet, when her opponent tried to pin her down with Take Down, she had to take action. The Sharp Claw Pokémon jumped to the side with use of her good leg, landing to the side of her opponent. Sneasel quickly slashed toward Mightyena's side with a Cut attack to catch her opponent off guard. Gligar made the mistake of glancing for a second at the opposing Noctowl's crest while in flight. Gliding towards his opponent for another attack, he started to become more tired and quickly realized that he was under attack again. The Flying Scorpion knew that he would not make it in time for another attack and tried to think of a plan to break his opponent's concentration. It came down to one desperate plan, Gligar's stinger starting to glow. He proceeded to launch a Poison Sting towards Noctowl, hoping that it would be enough to end the Hypnosis. If not, then he knew the battle was lost. |

The cop struck with the embers paniced, and began stepping back, covering his face, and soon began patting out the embers on his uniform. "Aaagh, you damn beast!" he cursed. Houndour, now even more motivated to attack to protect it's trainer, rose to his feet, and lunged at Shelgon, prepaired to use it's weakned state to his advantage with a [attack=reversal]. Mighyena attempted to turn to keep up with the Sneasel, but wasn't quick enough as it took a [attack=cut] to the opposite side of it's previous scratches. Mightyena winced, and dropped to it's side. It's growling quieting down as it fainted. Noctowl tucked it's wing in, and fell to the side, avoiding the [attack=poison-sting], but in doing so also had to cancel the hypnosis. However, it continued this movement, in order to swoop down, creating distance between the Gligar and Noctowl. Before opening it's wing, and catching air once more, it used it's psychic abilities to create a [attack=substitute], an identical Noctowl that would fly alongside the real Noctowl. Shelgon opened his mouth again to unleash a Dragon Breath upon the cop, yet was interrupted by the Houndour. The Reversal was successful, knocking the Endurance Pokémon onto his side. In pain, Shelgon slowly rolled back onto his feet, struggling to stand. He glared towards Houndour one last time, closing his eyes as he slumped over, knocked out. "And another example of Orre's finest," Harold taunted with clear sarcasm. "You know, I probably could of stayed in Orre. It's not like you were going to catch me when I left." Sneasel grinned, opening her mouth as she faced the cop. Yet again, she sent another blast of harsh, cold air against him, unleashing another Icy Wind attack. Gligar was glad that he did not fall asleep from the hypnosis but was still very tired. He was debating on if he was too exhausted, now seeing two Noctowls. Shaking his head lightly, the Fly Scorpion Pokémon glided down to the nearest opponent, slamming into his opponent with another Acrobatics attack. |

"G-Good work Houndour... but you're hurt... take a rest, I'm not badly hurt or anything." The cop told his Houndour, returning it to his Poké Ball. Had the Shelgon withstood the reversal, and focused on the Houndour, things might have ended differently... The cop gritted his teeth at the insult, returning the fainted Mightyena to it's Poké Ball. Then the [attack=icy-wind] attack blew him back a few steps, another fit of frost biting his uniform, hands, and face. The cop simply reached down for his gun in his holster. "Stop now, or I'll be forced to shoot!" He yelled. The substitute dropped under the attack, separating itself from the Gligar, and once again lining up between Gligar, and the real Noctowl. This time they would both turn to face the Gligar, and once more, this time flapping his wing hard against the air, creating sharp gusts of wind towards the Gligar as an [attack=air-slash]. |

"Woah, easy there, pal!" Harold shouted, raising his hands in the air. "I thought cops were fair, man. Pulling a gun out on someone who doesn't have a gun is completely unfair." While he was busy complaining about the situation he was in, Sneasel finished burning up energy to increase her speed with Agility. Now faster, she quickly jumped towards the cop, slashing out towards him with a barrage of Fury Swipes as she moved in a blur. Gligar started to fall towards the sea again in great pain from the Air Slash. Still, he was able to extend his wings again, now gliding over the boat. The Fly Scorpion took notice of Shelgon now out of the fight, the cop responsible for taking out the Endurance was now unopposed. Needing to protect his trainer, Gligar decided it would be best to take down the human, realizing that he was outmatched by Noctowl. He glided swiftly, attempting to slam into the cop from behind with a Feint Attack. |

The cop below just couldn't catch a break. While having become aware of the battling going on above him, he was too occupied with his own battle, and just as the battle came to a close, and he could catch a moment to breath, he gets struck from above by a Gligar's Feint Attack. The cop slumped over, unconcious (The Cop Fainted!). However, this gave Noctowl a break as well. It began to swoop down towards Sneasel, and the escapee. The cop being attacked with Fury Swipes ended up losing the gun, it clattered against the floor nearly falling over the edge of the boat under the railing. Still the cop flailed his arm out of reflex, maybe catching a lucky hit on the sneasel, as he's back up by the attacks. During this process, Noctowl, and it's substitute, would swoop down, over Harold's head and behind Sneasel, and lock onto Sneasel with it's [attack=foresight]. Using it's psychic predictions to garentee the next attack will hit. Edited by HiddenRealm, Aug 22 2016, 09:27 AM.

"Nice surprise attack there, Sneasel," Harold complimented, his Pokémon swatted away from the cop after disarming him. He could not help but grin at how successful his escape attempt was going. Two cops were already down and one was facing Shelgon last he saw. All he had to do was knock this cop out then take down the final one, assuming that the Endurance Pokémon had his opponent under control. "Alright Sneasel, lets go in for the fin---" Harold started only to be interrupted by two Noctowl swooping over his head. "Where the hell did those birds come from? Forget about the cop and take them down, Sneasel!" The Sharp Claw Pokémon turned around, grinning to herself as she faced her new opponents. She again opened her mouth, blasting sharp, cold air towards Noctowl and its substitute with Icy Wind. Harold kept an eye on the cop from before, making sure he was not going to try anything funny. Having knocked out the cop, Gligar assumed that he would blasted by another psychic attack and faint. Yet, when no attack came, he realized that his tactic could of been used on Harold. Panicking, the Fly Scorpion Pokémon stretched out his wings, gliding on the wind once more. He flew high, trying to find Noctowl. Edited by Archerlord, Aug 28 2016, 07:40 PM.

As Noctowl and it's substitute swooped down towards the Sneasel, the sneasel began blowing [attack=icy-wind] towards them. The substitute swiftly flew out in front of the real noctowl, allowing the frosty winds to damage it, instead of the real Noctowl, before puffing into non-existence from having taken too much damage. The real noctowl however remained, and it's wings began hardening into a steel-like strength. Using [attack=steel-wing] Noctowl would dash in toward the sneasel, aiming to do a fly-by sweep with it's hardened steel-like wings. Meanwhile relief washed over the officer who had just taken on the barrage of fury swipes. His arms were surly bleeding underneath his cut up uniform, and he took a few steps back as sneasel turned around. The cop realized he didn't have his gun, and quickly looked along the ground, spotting it next to the railing. Taking another look at sneasel, then at Harold who was still a ways away, and crippled, the officer simply made a dive for the gun. |

"You know what? I'm counting that as one bird down," Harold declared as the substitute went down. The real Noctowl was now flying towards Sneasel, preparing to unleash an attack. "There's no dodging it this time around but go in with Cut!" Nodding, the Sharp Claw Pokémon waited until her opponent was closer before she jumped up, slashing her claws out for the attack. Whether the attack hit or missed, she was knocked back down to the deck, groaning in pain from the attack. While she slowly stood up, Harold realized that the cop was trying to make a move. "Hey!" Harold called out. "I see you there!" Knowing that a physical confrontation could not be avoided, the criminal launched himself from the railing towards the cop. Unfortunately, given the distance between the two and the condition of his legs, he fell short, landing on his face. It did not take too long for Gligar to see the battle from the sky. The situation was turning south for his friends with Harold down and Sneasel barely able to stand. Noctowl was vulnerable yet no one was dealing with the cop, who may be armed with a gun. Knowing what to do, the Fly Scorpion Pokémon started to dive towards the officer, picking up speed for a Quick Attack aimed at his head. |

Noctowl would land the strike, but a cut drapped along it's breast, faltering, and sliding along the floor of the boat. Once it stopped, it slowly picked itself up, and turned back around, clearly worn out, after having taken three attacks, and used a substitute. After finding sneasle laid out, it had one last thing to do before taking his rest... The officer would scramble up as Harold landed next to him, quickly pointing the gun down at him, just before being struck by Gligar. The sudden hit knocked the officer over the rail, and plunging into the water, leaving him sputtering. Soon the boat would have slowed down after the chief would have heard the splash. Soon after knocking the officer overboard however, Noctowl would focus in once more on Gligar, using the last of it's energy to send a [attack=psychic], before dropping to the ground. |

Harold glared up at the cop from the ground, believing his escape was now over. Yet, thanks to Gligar's intervention, the cop was sent overboard. He gritted his teeth in pain as he started to pull himself up on the railing, focusing on Gligar. The Fly Scorpion Pokémon winked towards his trainer before the Psychic attack blasted him out of the sky. Fortunately, he crashed onto the deck of the ship, behind Harold. He did not budge afterwards, having fainted "Damn it!" Harold cursed, turning towards the weaken Noctowl. He was preparing to command Sneasel to finish it off when he felt his body lurching forward. Realizing the ship was slowing down, he quickly ran some numbers in his head. Three cops were down. He had no clue what happened to Shelgon or the cop he faced, but presumed they were both down. That left only one cop left. "Sneasel, forget about the bird!" Harold commanded. "We got one more cop to deal with then we're home free! I'll cover you!" Sneasel had her mouth opened for another Icy Wind attack, but closed it with a nod. She started to dash forward, although she was slower than before given her injuries. Harold could only hope that the Sharp Claw Pokémon would be enough to deal with the final cop. Still, he was not going to sit by and watch the fight. Gasping in pain, the criminal started to make his way up the steps, ready for the final fight. |

As sneasel would climb the steps, it would be greated with the end of a barrel. The chief aiming directly at the sneasel with his own handgun. The boat by now had slowed to a drifting pace, the cop who had gone overboard swimming to catch up to he boat. "Harold, make you're way up here. If you aren't up here in 30 seconds, OR if sneasel makes a single move, you're going to be needing one less Poké Ball." The cheif would call down to Harold. |

"You're going to shoot my Pokémon?!" Harold asked, shocked. "What the fuck! You're suppose to be the good guy!" Seeing Sneasel with her hands in the air, the trainer followed suit. He started to make his way over to the two, now standing behind the Sharp Claw Pokémon. Yet, at the same time, he was preparing for his final gambit. The problem with his plan was that there was only a small chance that he will escape. There were three different ways for this playing out: his plan succeeds, his plan fails and he goes to jail or his plan fails and he gets shot lethally. Thinking it over, at this point, Harold had to do it. Better to die a free man than to live his life in prison. "Now listen, I got no more tricks up my sleeve, but I'm going to protect my Pokémon," Harold declared, lowering one hand down slowly. "Again, I'm not going to try anything. I'm just going to call Sneasel back into her Poké Ball. This is just between us." Edited by Archerlord, Sep 14 2016, 09:16 PM.

"No, you aren't, you are going to raise your arm up and keep it there. Either of them move, I shoot." The chief declared. Keeping the gun aimed, he reached down with one hand, and pulled out handcuffs. He tossed them to the Sneasel's feet. "Sneasel is going to put these handcuffs on you. If it doesn't know how, it better learn real quick." He instructed, "Lay down on your stomach, and hold your arms out above your head. Sneasel will put the handcuffs on your arms while they are held out like that." |

"Sneasel's innocent," Harold claimed, raising his hand back up while locking eyes with the chief. "You're job is to protect people and Pokémon alike. Sneasel is a Pokémon who did nothing wrong but followed her trainer's orders. I was the mastermind behind all my heists. I was the skill behind all the thefts. Everything was done by me. Sneasel, Gligar, and Shelgon should not be punished just because I was their trainer, you got that?" Sneasel looked shocked at her trainer, holding onto a pair of handcuffs. He knew that this was the end of the line for him but he was going to make sure his team did not suffer like him. "Right, I'm getting on the ground now," Harold announced. He lowered himself down onto the ground, keeping his head down while continuing to keep his hands up in the air. Sneasel hesitated for a moment, but slowly handcuffed her trainer, tightening the cuffs. While he was willing to risk death to escape, he could not live with the thought of having one of his own Pokémon killed in his attempt. His team was all he had left and now they were about to be taken away from him. Edited by Archerlord, Sep 18 2016, 02:26 PM.
