"Red huh? I like it, for the record my name's Amanda." Amanda smirked as she Handed Harold the Poké Ball. Thunda' became noticeably more relaxed as he sat next to Harold. With that Amanda rose to her feet as an indicator on her eye patch's hud began to blink. "While I'd like to talk some more, I think our trip is almost over, and I don't trust Shadow to safely drive us for the exchange." Amanda then turned and quickly darted into the drivers cabin, as a large police boat came into view. |

"Well Amanda, since you like the nickname, I'll keep that in mind for next time," Harold told her, gripping the Poké Ball. “ I'd introduce myself, but you already know that, so there’s no point." He slid the Poké Ball up his other sleeve. At least he had a fighting chance now. As the bounty hunter left, he focused on the ship, trying to determine how many cops are on board. Harold had no intention of returning to Orre and he was in no position to swim away. So, depending on how many men were on board, he might make the attempt to take the boat. He broke out into light laughter upon realizing that piracy was about to be added to his list of crimes. Edited by Archerlord, Sep 19 2016, 04:06 PM.

As she sided with the police boat, Amanda analyzed the layout of the boat. The bout had two levels, the interior cabin had no windows and was likely the holding are. Directly above that up a small staircase was the Driver standing at the wheel under a canopy. The front of the boat had a couple large duffle bags tied down, but was otherwise unused and inaccessible. At the back of the boat was a nice seating area and metal storage chest. At the back of the boat stood four officers, leaving five total on the boat, one clearly of higher rank than the others. Two of the officers moved quickly to the side of the boat and began reaching out to bring the two boats together. With the boats stopped and now side by side Amanda exited the small drivers cabin and began talking to the officers. "I hope you've got the money, cause I've got your guy." Amanda calmly shouted to the officers as she moved to grab Harold. "Of course, you've done us a great service catching this man. The least we could do is have your payment ready." Called the commanding officer as Thunda' lifted Harold. Amanda stood right next to him as the moved to where the two officers stood, ready to make the exchange. Before they were in earshot of the officers Amanda whispered one last thing to Harold. "I know this may be hard for you, but don't go and do something stupid okay?" |

Harold listened to Amanda's final message, unsure of her meaning. First, she gives him back Shelgon so he could have a better shot of escaping. Now, she is trying to tell him not to do anything stupid. Maybe she was trying to tell him that he should not try escaping while on that boat. Harold thought for a moment, realizing that if things went south with his escape attempt, there would be nowhere to run. If he escaped when he got back to Orre, there would be plenty of places to run, but there would be more cops after him. So, he needed to think about his options more carefully. "Honestly, these circumstances won't look good for you coppers," Harold told them, grinning. "It took you ten years to capture me, and you had to hire a bounty hunter to do it. I bet this means you'll be hiring more mercs in the future, right?" He briefly turned back to Amanda, winking at her before facing the cops again. Of course he was mocking the authorities, but he was also trying to help his new ally out as well. Hopefully, they will see the results and hire Amanda for more jobs in the future. At least that will keep her away from him when he escapes. |

Thunda' handed over Harold to the two officers at the edge of the boat who began moving Harold into the interior of the boat, presumably where the holding cell was. As they did the other two officers pulled a marked manila envelope out of the metal trunk and made their way to Amanda. "Miss Ral," the commanding officer began as he outstretched the envelope for Amanda to take. "Inside you'll find: confirmation of the transference of funds to your account, a written thanks from Orre authorities, and a mission report. Any details you can add to the report can be submitted online to our database using the information provided on the report. On the behalf of the Orre authorities I'd like to formally thank you for the service you've provided. Good day Miss Ral. With that, he turned to head into the interior of the boat as well. The remaining officer, with Thunda's assistance pushed the two boats apart, and with a sound of the boat's siren the engine roared to life and the began moving away from Amanda's vessel. Amanda quickly checked the contents of the envelope, to male sure she wasn't swindled, to find everything as it should be. She then entered the cabin and started her engine as well. Soon she had turned around and was once again heading to Cherrygrove City, where she would likely catch a ferry to Cinnabar so she could go see her sister. As they Drove Amanda questioned if she'd done the right thing. Harrold wasn't the same man his bounty made him out to be, but he still had to pay for what he did, but nobody should be left without a fighting chance. Amanda's morals had always led to problems with being a bounty hunter, but at the same time there wasn't much else she could do to keep her sister's treatment coming. Maybe she'd think some more later. For now she turned on the radio and simply enjoyed the journey back. |

Harold took one final look towards Amanda's ship as the two ships sailed away from each other. Even though she was responsible for crippling him, the thief had to admit she was good at her job. She did what the entire Orre police force could not do by taking him in. He respected her but was going to be ready the next time they met. Harold thought about following her advise about not doing anything stupid but then his eyes took notice of a Gligar gliding in the wind towards the ship. He hid a grin as he realized that now was the time to break out. The two officers escorted Harold to the holding cell as the three of them entered it. The room was divided by cell bars where he would stay behind. Yet, as one of the officers started to search his person, the thief knew that now was the time to act. He quickly rolled Shelgon's Poké Ball from his sleeve, clicking the white button to unleash the Pokémon. The two officers were taken by surprise as the Endurance Pokémon rammed one of them into the wall. As the other officer reached for his sidearm, Harold quickly grabbed his hand to keep the weapon's aim away from himself. He rolled down Sneasel's Poké Ball to his other hand and bashed it against the officer's head. Although it released his Pokémon, it did little to phase the cop who proceeded to kick Harold in his knee. The thief screamed in pain from his already injured leg, collapsing to the ground in agony. As the officer aimed his gun at Harold, Sneasel unleashed a wave of Icy Wind upon the cop, disarming him as well as knocking him out of a fight. Two coppers down, three more to go. "Alright team," Harold started, slowly lifting himself back up thanks to Shelgon. "This is do or die for us. Now, we can either sit back and let those bastards put us in cells or we can make one final stand. Not sure about you two, but I'ma give it all I got." As the thief looked into his Pokémon's eyes, he could already see that no matter what, they were going to stick by their trainer. "Alright, we got three cops probably waiting for us outside, but Gligar is too, so we got one final surprise." He slowly limped towards the door, grabbing and twisting the handle. "Now, lets remind those cops on why they sent a bounty hunter after me." |

Outside the cabin/holding area, one cop would be sitting at the back seating area, looking over the waters, pretty much keeping an eye out for any other boats, and just waiting to get back to Orre. The other cop, and the chief would be sitting on the second level, under the canopy looking ahead out into the distance, the chief quietly steering the boat home. The two above didn't move at the sound of the cabin door, though the cop in the back did turn his head to look, then casually looked back out to the water before double taking, realizing it was Harold coming through the doors. He quickly went to turn and stand towards Harold. "Stop!" |

Harold grinned as the officer did not realize that an escape attempt was going to take place. He already took down two officers but his main element of surprise was gone. As the officer shouted out his order, the thief looked to the sky, trying to find Gligar. The Flying Scorpion Pokémon was out of sight but the trainer was certain that he would come when he was needed the most. Besides, he could handle one cop with help from his other Pokémon. "Thanks, but no thanks," Harold said as he leaned up against the wall next to the door. "I need a room that has a seaside window and that poor excuse for a cell was missing one." Shelgon now stepped through the doorway, his eyes glowing red. Slowly, a turquoise barrier appeared around the Endurance Pokémon. With Protect in effect, Shelgon started to rush towards the cop, now protected from any bullets. Harold prepared to drop down to the ground should the cop try shooting him instead of the charging Pokémon. |

The cop quickly pulled out his gun, and held it up, but then saw the light bouncing around the forcefield, and relized it would be useless. The cop instead stepped out from the shelgon's path, and pulled out a Poké Ball. Harold would now be out of view around the corned of the wall, but shelgon is now at the back of the boat with him. The cop released the Pokémon from the ball, and out from the red beem a houndour appeared, hunched and growling, waiting for the protect to drop. Above, the cop looked down at his partner at the back of the boat, and saw the shelgon. "What's going on? How the hell did that get there?" He asked. |

Sneasel walked out of the doorway as the cop was now out of sight. Now that he was alone, Harold dropped the tough act he had going on. He grimaced in pain, nearly falling over but keeping his balance with help from Sneasel. With help from the Sharp Claw Pokémon, the thief started to make his way away towards the stairs. He trusted that Shelgon was more than capable enough of handling one cop by himself. Shelgon glared down at the opposing Houndour, huffing as the protective barrier around him started to fall. With Harold gone, it meant that the Endurance Pokémon did not need to hold back. With the Protect now over, Shelgon quickly charged at his opponent in a Headbutt attack to start off the fight. He did not think that the cop would interfere unless he was willing to risk his own Pokémon's safety. |

Houndour would quickly jump to the side, avoiding the headbutt, by the large bulky Pokémon, and attempt to [attack=bite]. However, even if the move would land, Houndour wouldn't find much purchase on the wide and hard shell. "Harold! He's trying to get away again!" The cop shouted back to his partner. The cop on top of the stairs, quickly made for the steps down, pulling out his own Poké Ball, sending out a Mightyena. Together they would both start climbing down the steps. The chief on the other hand, stayed at the wheel, swearing under his breath, and releasing his own Pokémon, a Noctowl, which would then begin flying over the boat surveying the scene. Shelgon grew enraged with Houndour not only dodging his Headbutt but also attempting to attack him. Thanks to his protective shell, the Endurance Pokémon was not really harmed by the Bite to his side, and turned to face his opponent. Opening his mouth for Dragon Breath, Shelgon unleashed a beam of green fire upon the opposing Houndour. "Damn," Harold cursed, seeing another cop walking down the stairs. "Sneasel, go see what you can do about them. If you can't beat them, hold out for Shelgon, got it?" He caught hold of a railing, using it to support himself. With his legs killing him, a moment of rest was not such a bad idea. Sneasel turned to her opponents, grinning. The Sharp Claw Pokémon then opened her mouth, unleashing a blast of Icy Wind upon both Pokémon and trainer. In the sky, Gligar took notice of Noctowl taking flight. With his trainer not even noticing the officer's third Pokémon, the Fly Scorpion Pokémon knew that it was up to him to ensure that Harold was not ambushed. Not wasting any time, Gligar glided towards his new opponent, trying to slam into Noctowl with an Acrobatics attack. Edited by Archerlord, Aug 13 2016, 10:40 PM.

Houndour tried to jump back from the dragon-breath, at first not completely worried about the firelike attack, before it realized to late that this wasn't like normal fire. Houndour pulled it's head back as the dragon breath overtook him, burning his body with dragon-fire. When the dragon breath subsided, it looked singed, but still had fight left in it. Houndour growled once more, before it's body went ablaze a second time, however this time it's normal fire coated his body as he ran forward ready to slam into the Shelgon. Mightyena and the officer saw the sneasel just a bit too late, as the frozen frosty wind rushed passed them, the ice forming in the air cutting their skin and hide. "Stop this at once!" the officer shouted. Seeing as the opponent was a sneasel, the mightyena barked, spitting a flicker of flame out of it's mouth, as fire erupted from around it's jaws, and it rushed forward attempting to bite down with a [attack=fire-fang]. Noctowl was too focused on the boat to have seen the gligar swooping down on it, getting knocked almost out of the air by a surprise acrobatics attack. However this noctowl was an old vet of the police force, and had seen many battles. The Noctowl focused in on the gligar mentally, then through that focus sent a mental rush of energy, a [attack=psychic] attack. |

Shelgon let loose his own growl with Houndour surviving his attack. Then, his opponent started to charge towards him, now on fire. The Endurance Pokémon charged towards Houndour with another Headbutt attack. While he was not on fire like his opponent was, Shelgon was still going to attempt to beat Houndour with pure strength. "I'm trying to break out and you're telling me to stop?" Harold asked, somewhat annoyed. "What kind of strategy is that? I forgot that you coppers back at Orre are complete idiots." Sneasel tried jumping away from her opponent yet she yelped in pain as Mightyena bit into her leg instead. Her leg was now badly singed but she could still fight. Growling, the Sharp Claw Pokémon started to slash towards her opponent's face with Fury Swipes. The Psychic attack blasted Gligar back as he started to fall towards the sea. Fortunately, the Fly Scorpion Pokémon extended his wings again, catching onto a gust of wind to save him from the fall. Turning back to his opponent, Gligar started to fly back towards the battle. To make sure Noctowl did not strike again with another mental attack, Gligar sped up, a white trail forming behind him as he tried to strike his opponent with Quick Attack. |

The Pokémon's heads would clash, making houndour wince as his head bashed against the durable shell Pokémon, though the fire would begin to burn against the shell. Having made itself a bit dizzy from hitting it's head, houndour would easily be pushed back, and overpowered. Houndour faltered, and dropped to the ground, shaking it's head to clear it's dizziness. "No, houndour! Don't let this fat shell of a Pokémon beat you!" the officer would coax. Mightyena was assaulted with a flurry of claws, first taking them to it's face, then pulling away, would take them from it's face down along his side before he had made it away. The cuts would sting, and it held an eye closed where it had been poked during the attack. It's growl became low and angry, ready for another round. This time, it would move forward, attempting to pin the Pokémon to the ground with a [attack=take-down] Noctowl wouldn't be fast enough to avoid the [attack=quick-attack], taking the hit, and dropping from the air a little before opening it's wings and arching into an aerial flip to recover. This time, Noctowl was just going to solve the problem quick, and go to support the team, by incapacitating this pest now. The crest on it's head would begin to shimmer, and glow. If gligar made the mistake to look at the crest, it would feel the effects of [attack=hypnosis], and be slowly lulled into a sleep if it couldn't break focus. |
