Yellow--------- She was a bit surprised when the man had suddenly introduced himself. For some reason, she seemed to have had the idea that he wouldn't. However, the suprise was a nice one, and she smiled politely. "My name is Kiiro Tokiwa, although most people call me Yellow." Yellow introduced in response, taking 'Harrison's' hand in a handshake."Nice to meet you, and don't worry about the ride, it's the least I could do to help someone who just about drowned." Once the introductions were over, Yellow's smile eventually faded away once more by the time she had walked into the center. Inside the Pokecenter, a few other trainers were sitting in the small lounge, a small cafeteria in the left corner were prepairing small meals, and the small store to the right were selling different poke-goods, like pokeballs, and potions and what not. Everything seemed so relaxed... but there was no sign of Ratty. Yellow quickly made her way to the lady at the front counter to explain the situation, small shoulders shaking as she started shivering. Ratty-------- Ratty was close now, a few more blocks away. It's little adventure had taken a bit out of him, and his pace was getting slower, but he would still make it before it got dark out. Although carrying the hat was a nuesance. It's not easy running with something constantly threatening to trip you up. He was also afraid of the sneasel catching up... although it didn't seem to have followed him. |

Harold frowned as he entered the Pokecenter, not liking public centers too much. Usually, there were too many people in there to see him, and even with there being only a few trainers inside right now, he couldn't help but think of the worst happening. Yet, he knew that this was the best place to meet up with Sneasel and Gligar, so he needed to get over his fear and just wait. Harold took a deep breath, and started walking over to a chair that was facing the doors of the Pokecenter. Sitting down, he took a look at Yellow as she was talking at the front desk, remembering that he was not the only trainer with a missing Pokémon. He turned back to face the door, trying to focus on himself right now. He needed the rest of his team back before he could leave this place, and could only hope that his Pokémon could find their way here. |

Yellow-------- Yellow finished up talking to the nurse, whome offered up some spare clothes to change into, if they needed some. Yellow quickly rummaged through the clothes, and pulled out some clothes that would work for the time being. Before she left to change, she walked back over to Harold. "You should get changed too, the nurse has some spare clothes if you need any... my bag was on me when I fell in the water, so all of my spare clothes are drenched too... Also, the nurse said if you feel like you are hurt or anything from drowing, you can talk to her about it" and with that, Yellow walked out into another room to change. Just as Yellow entered the other room, if one listened closely enough, the front door of the pokecenter was thumped. The door was pushed open partly, before closing again. A few seconds later, a bigger thump, and in spills a Ratticate, with a large straw hat in it's mouth. Ratty stood back up, and scanned the room, clearly looking for Yellow. It spotted Harold, recognizing him from the shore, and blinked a few times. |

"Right, I'll get right on it," Harold muttered under his breath, not facing Yellow. He knew that she was right, still shivering from his cold and damp clothes. It was obvious that Sneasel was not going to return for now, and he needed to accept it. He let out a sigh, standing up from his seat and turning his back to the door. He was alone in a city he never set foot on before, and could not continue his life of crime without the brains behind the operation. As he started to walk away to get a fresh pair of clothes, Harold quickly turned to the door, expecting Sneasel as he heard it open. His smile turn into a frown seeing that it was the girl's Raticate, and to make matters worst, it now carried the hat Sneasel ran off with. He held back his anger, trying to think of a plan. He was not that great at making up a plan, but he still had his skills. He just had to make up a lie, lure the Pokémon towards some back alley, and then figure out where his partner is. Not the perfect plan, but it is all he had. "Hey, you there," Harold called out quietly, approaching the Raticate, kneeling down to its level. "You have your trainer worried sick. She just left a few minutes to look for you in one of the alleyways. You better hurry if you want to catch her." Slowly, Harold realized that he just lied to a Pokémon. It was different than lying to a man, but it may just work. He just hoped that it would fall for the lie, and leave. |

--------Ratty Ratty blinked a few times... clearly it was a bit conflicted... It knew the plan if he had ever gotten separated from Yellow, and that was to meet up at the Poke-center... but if Yellow had already made it here, then maybe she was tired of waiting, and left to look some more... Ratty scoped out the room again, not spotting her, and it couldn't smell her... After a bit of hesitation, Ratty once again bumped open the door, and walked out, running over to one of the nearby allies, prepared to check them one by one. |

As soon as Raticate left the building, Harold grabbed the door so it did not shut behind it. He poked his head out the door, seeing it go into an alley. He grinned to himself, and followed the Pokémon. He grabbed Bagon's Poké Ball, tossing it up to the air before catching it with his spare hand. He walked into the alley, releasing Bagon. "Right, I'm gonna cut you a deal," Harold called out to Raticate, Bagon following his trainer. "Take me to Sneasel, and I'll let tell you where that girl is. If you don't, you're not going to win this battle, and even if I hate it, I'll steal that dumb hat." Harold held back a sigh, realizing he was trying to intimidate a Pokémon. Good thing Sneasel was not around to see. Bagon grunted, stepping in front of Harold , making sure that Raticate could not run past them. |

-----Ratty First confustion, then it's suspicions were confirmed. At the sight of the bagon, Ratty admittedly wasn't too intimidated, it's seen legendaries in action after all. However it was in a bad situation none-the less... Ratty new trainers could have any numbers of Pokémon... Especially bad trainers. Ratty scooted back a little bit, making what little distence between himself and the thugs as it could. It knew Yellow wasn't far, he felt it. She should be just fine, they had made it through worse. Ratty could hold it's ground here, but if he was wrong, and Yellow didn't show up, he might end up in a very bad situation... Ratty took a moment to decide, then called out to the bagon, hoping it would understand it's decision "I'll help". It then slowly crept forward, ready to lead the way to the last place it saw the sneasel. ------------Yellow Yellow was pleased about how the spare clothes fit, but definitely didn't like the way they looked. She was now dressed in baggy jeans, nurse shoes, and a pink floral turtle neck. She felt like a 20 year old street, granny, nurse. She would have laughed at herself in the mirror, but she was still too worried about Ratty to have such a humorous attitude. she then sliped all of her damp clothing into a small plastic bag, and poured what salvagable contents she had in her pouch into her pockets, using a temporary trainer's belt to attach her pokeballs. Upon stepping out of the dressing room, she noticed that "Harrison" was gone. She figured he would be changing as well, and Yellow handed her wet clothes of to the nurse, who was kind enough to wash and dry them as they waited. She didn't see Ratty around either... She wondered if this is how mothers felt when their children wonder off in a park, or store... Yellow simply sat in one of the chairs, in the lounge but found herself staring at the door more than at the TV which sat in front of her... She didn't even notice that "Harrison" was taking a long time "changing". |

Harold grinned to himself, despite shaking from his cold, wet clothes. He wondered why Sneasel never let him come up with the plans for once, seeing how well this was going. Yet, he realized that this was going too well. His paranoia started to kick in, Harold now thinking that something is off. He needed a way to ensure that this plan would not backfire on him. As he looked at the Raticate, an idea popped into his mind. Things would be going his way now that he had some insurance. "Drop the hat," Harold commanded. "Until you lead me to Sneasel, I'm keeping it. Do everything right, and you get it right back. If you don't want to, you can take it up with Bagon. He's been itching for a fight since I left Orre." Bagon nodded in approval, letting another grunt out as he stared down the Raticate. Harold wasn't one for intimidation, yet he was surprisingly good at it. Maybe the next crime, he just uses the force of his Pokémon instead of his own skills. Meanwhile, Gligar glided down in front of the entrance to the Pokecenter. So far, his search for his trainer has failed, and Sneasel was still too injured to walk on her own. Still, he decided that Harold would head here and wait for them, or maybe back at the beach. If not at either of those two places, Gligar would just have to take to the skies again and search from above. He pushed on the doors, opening the slightly as he hops through, scanning for his trainer. |

------Ratty Ratty stopped when Harold began talking... reluctantly, he droped the hat at his feet... it was better to just do what they wanted after all... then it once again started walking, ready to now lead them to Sneasel's last location... ----------Yellow Yellow's hopes rose a little bit when she saw the door open a little, until she saw it wasn't Ratty... Instead the same flying Pokémon she had seen before walked in... She figured it was "Harrison's", and stood up to greet the Pokémon "Hello, are you looking for your trainer?" she asked the Pokémon. |

"Well, that settles that," Harold said as he picked up the hat, frowning at it. He still could not figured out why Sneasel would want an ugly hat like this, or why she even cared about fashion. Thinking logically, this hat would draw attention as well, which is the last thing the pair will need. Still, it was going to make for a great bargaining chip though. He nodded to Bagon, and they both followed the Raticate, keeping their guard up. Back at the Pokémon Center, Gligar's search failed as he could not find his trainer, and assumed that he already left. The Flying Scorpion then turned his attention to the trainer asking about his trainer. He did not know her, but she seemed friendly enough. Slowly, he nodded, deciding that he may need help if he is to reunite with his trainer. |

-------Ratty As Ratty lead the two out of the alley way, he took a left, back towards the pokecenter... once they were close enough, Ratty booked it, spriting as hard as it could directly to the doors of the center. If he managed to make it inside, he doubted that the thug would try anything in the public facility... and he still felt as though Yellow had to be nearby, maybe not in the center, but she should be around the area somewhere... ----------Yellow "You know... I thought he was changing, but he has taken a really long time..." Yellow then turned towards the few trainers stll lounging and chatting together. "Uhm... excuse me, but do you guys remember the guy who was sitting over there?" Yellow asked "I saw him head outside after a Raticate came barging in actually..." One of them answered, before continuing the conversation with his friends. "Ratty." Yellow quickly turned, scooped up the little Pokémon, "sounds like your trainer went outside..." Yellow didn't know why Ratty would have left the center if she was there, or why Harrison would have gone with him, but all she knew is Ratty was nearby, and so was this little Pokémon's trainer. Yellow began walking towards the door. |

"Damnit," Harold muttered under his breath as he watch Raticate run away. Bagon started to run, but a sharp whistle from his trainer stopped the Rock Head Pokémon in his tracks. He started to walk away, his Pokémon following him. He tried his best to hold back his rage, hating himself for having not expected the Raticate to run away, and there was nothing he could do about it. After walking down the alley, away from public sight, Harold tried to think of a new plan. It was his first day here in Cherrygrove City, and all he managed to do was steal an ugly hat, and his entire team is separated. No matter what, he was leaving the city before things got worst. "Right, here's the plan," Harold announced, turning to Bagon. "We're going to find Sneasel and Gligar, and we're leaving. I don't care where we're going next, but I'm done in this city. Too much trouble, and not enough money." Bagon nodded at his trainer, who smiled at his Pokémon. He turned around again, and walked further down the alley, deciding that any of his team would hide there if there was trouble. He also kept the hat despite his hatred, believing that it would still be for a good bargaining chip if he met that girl again. Meanwhile, Gligar squirmed as he was grabbed. He let out multiple screeches, hoping to grab other the attention of other trainers. He needed to get back into the sky, and find his trainer before he gets caught. Unfortunately, the Flying Scorpion Pokémon was not strong enough to fight the hold of any human, and could only hope that she would let him go. Until then, he continued to squirm, desperately trying to think of a way to get out of this hold. |

Yellow quickly put down the Gligar when it began squirming around "Oh, sorry..." She said to the little Pokémon, "I thought it'd be faster if I just carried you..." Right about then, was when Ratty scrambled into the Pokecenter. "Ratty!" Yellow yelled in surprise, happiness very audible in her voice. Ratty was more than happy to be reunited, but it still had problems to solve. When Ratty saw the Gligar, Yellow could sense the tension from Ratty. Ratty quickly scurreed over, and pressed it's head against Yellows hand "Ratty". At first, it seemed like Ratty wanted to be petted, but the way it called out, Yellow knew it wasn't waiting for affection. "Ok, I think I understand" Yellow nodded, and placed her hand on Ratty's head. Soon her eyes closed, and her mind was filled with everything Ratty had experienced after their separation. All the way up to Ratty entering the pokecenter the second time, and finding Yellow and Gligar. |

"We're not going to find her like this," Harold told Bagon, who currently had his head down on the ground, moving as he sniffed the ground. "Gligar's the tracker, so..." He stopped talking as Bagon lifted his head up, looking directly at Sneasel, now unconscious. He dropped the hat, and rushed to her side. Judging from the scratch marks, she got caught in a battle, and from the track marks, she must of been walking for awhile by now. He pulled out a Poké Ball, returning Sneasel into it. "We're leaving for the next city," Harold announced. "It's too risky if we head back to the PokeCenter here. We'll leave the city, and only come back if Gligar doesn't find us first." Bagon only nodded, grunting as he followed his trainer. Although Sneasel was not a fighter, she had to be strong enough to stay injured for a day or two. Afterwards, they could work on starting their first heist to get rich. He walked away from the alley, forgetting about the dropped hat. Meanwhile, as Gligar was set down, he started to make his way to the door, only to find a Raticate blocking his way. He hopped back as it headed over to the girl from before. As they were now both distracted, the Flying Scorpion Pokémon made a dash for the door, pushing it open. He did not look back as he started to run outside, knowing that he can easily make an escape. He opened his wings as a breeze started to picked off, and glided away into the sky. Edited by Archerlord, Feb 27 2016, 04:07 PM.

By the time Yellow opened up her eyes, she saw the door close, and Raticate was looking off in that direction. "Rat" he told Yellow, although she didn't exactly know what he said, she guessed that the gligar had just ran off for "Harrison". "So... he was the thief this whole time?" Yellow mumbled to herself sadly. She then got up, and quickly ran over to the door, and outside. She looked around just in time to see the gligar flying off in the distance, much too far to catch up too. Ratty quickly followed, and it no longer smelled the thief or his Pokémon. However, it still smelled a familiar sent. Ratty quickly scurried past Yellow. "W-Wait!" Yellow cried, running after Ratty. Ratty quickly turned into the alleyway. When Yellow had caught up, Ratty was on his way back out, Yellow's hat in it's mouth. "Hey! You found it!" Yellow cheered happily, "He must have left it behind or something!" Ratty ran the rest of the way towards Yellow, whom stooped down, and checked the hat for the two feathers on top. She nodded as they were still there, and after a moment, she reached over and plucked them both off the hat. Upon entering the Pokecenter, the nurse told Yellow that her clothes were dry, and Yellow bundled them up, and went straight for the changing room. She was ready to ditch these barrowed clothes... they didn't suit her at all. Once she was all changed, she looked down at her hat still sitting there. After a moment of thinking, Yellow plucked the feathers out of the hat, and pulled up her hair into her usual ponytail, fixing the feathers into it. She then took her hat, and carefully folded it in a way that hopefully wouldn't damage it, and tucked it into her pack. She had that hat through many great adventures, but she didn't need the hat to keep those memories close. Once she was all done, she headed straight out of town, ready to make her journey back home. |
