Always sporting a stubble, he sees facial hair as a look of power, he can use for his own means. Never one for Jewlery, the only accessory that Wiley would appear to fancy are his black gloves, worn always on his hands, and his wand, dangling from the inside of his robe. ;; and the Style Character's Boggart: A dragon Character's Patronus: Crane Personality: Wiley is a young politcal hopeful, his eyes are bright with the ambitions of a better future. Not for the entire wizard world, for himself. His good nature and looks often tend cause others to overlook his sinister ideals, life style, and orientation. Though on the outside he is warm, and welcoming. His spirit screams with anger and vengeance. Wiley's cynical laughter has earned him the nickname of, "Jester". Never one for making friends, The Jester prefers the road alone. His pure blood heritage was known wherever he went. His Father, Cassius was a diplomat for the Northern Ministry. Wishing very much to accel as his father did, Wiley performend greatly at Hogwart's. Outsnanding marks of merrit from every one of his prof's. During his last year's at school, Wiley was head boy and an assistant to the head of Slytherin house. Once graduated from his school, his twin brother Johnas was murdered when mugged by a group of wizards, banding against pure-bloods. Wishing to help out with crime, Wiley searched out and received a job at the Ministry. Not too later in life, Wiley would be approached by long time friend, Lucious Malfoy to join him in the Death Eater's. Using his brother as fuel against him, Wiley accepted the proposal. The DE's used his connections within the ministry and international affairs to strengthen their numbers. Quickly, he became accustomed to the cold nature of the society. after the defeat of their Lord Voldemort, and the destruction of his order, Wiley re-created the order as simply that... An Order, nobody has known of there agenda, but some believe the Ministry to be involved. While Lucious has been out of prison for some time, he has gotten paranoid. Everything he has worked for is now at jeopardy. If Malfoy comes back to the order, would the others have him, follow him? If he sides with The order of Merlin, or The Phoenic, what would happen.
