NPCS must be posted by the NPC designated for that situation. All members must PM Omnipotent Power to request an NPC to post if needs be. A couple of words is all right for characters to include in their post example: The librarian handed him a book. However a lengthy interactions MUST be waited for the NPC to reply. Anywhere longer then 1 sentence must be posted by the NPC. example: The librarian handed him a book. He looked over the man, wondering if he wanted to request another book. |

Here is a list of the NPCs that are available. Please remember that you must ask permission from the OP for one of them to post via the rules. If one is not listed, please PM the OP with the npc needed to post and one will be created and post for. Avis are being created for these NPCs, and will be edited as they get created. Thank you.
