Pikmin 3 Discussion and Ideas; Where we make up what we don't have.

As you all know, Pikmin 3 is no closer to being released than it was two years ago. We have no screen shots, no trailers, no storyline information, nothing. Therefore... We must make it up! This will keep us all sane until the game arrives.

First, here are some new Pikmin.
These Pikmin are all made the same way. New candypop buds will be in the game. They will require two different color pikmin sacrifices to release one sprout. However, the sprout will count as two Pikmin, so no pikmin loss will be recorded. All these Pikmin will be able to carry bomb rocks. They also will have onions, but they won't have yellow beams coming out or flowers on top. Rather, the flower will be a fruit of some sort. They will only be for storage. They do NOT have the powers of their "parents" combined, rather they have original powers. Here they are:

Orange Pikmin
Come from Tangerine Candypops, formula red+yellow.
These Pikmin can shoot little seeds over a distance to hurt enemies from far away or in the air. They are also resistant to explosions. They could be used to kill enemies across chasms.

Green Pikmin
Come from Lime candypops, formula blue+yellow
These Pikmin can fly over chasms. Basically, they can be thrown four-five times further than normal Pikmin, but can also fly over gaps when called back. They go slower in the air than other Pikmin, and can be locked on to enemies with the Wii mote. This makes them handy against, say, snitch bugs. They cannot be flown higher than normal. Originally, they were going to be resistant to air blasts, but since Purples already do that, they instead can be thrown directly into a blast of wind and sail directly towards the source.

Brown Pikmin (cause purples already exist)
Come from Chocolate Candypops, formula blue+red
These Pikmin are resistant to crushing. If enough are gathered in one place, more than the weight of the actual object, they will pick it up and throw it. If a wollywog were to jump on it, the throw would just hurt it a bit. If the object were a rock from a cannon beetle, they would throw it back and hurt it a lot. However, if less of these Pikmin are present then the weight of the object, which will somehow be clearly indicated, they will all die.

I hope you like my ideas. Feel free to post your own.
