Suggestion for New Recruits; Bypassing the 1 week probation

As we all know one of the goals of Catherby is to attain the ever so amazing tier 7 citadel. As individuals in this clan it is our duty to max the weekly citadel. With the new cape and exp boosts coming out this month it would be wonderful if new recruits could max as well. Not only will this give them a headstart on the bonus exp lamps and clan fealty capes but it will help us reach tier 7 that much faster. The problem is the one week probation period before they are allowed. I suggest that we host a rated clan war for every batch of new recruits that we bring in. I want to stress that this is the clan wars by the clan citadel portal and not the one by stealing creation to stop any possible confusion. This will allow them to bypass the 1 week probation period and the capability to start maxing right away. Also this could be fun for the clan and would get us into the highscores for clan wars. The meeting place would be in the clan area on a rated clan war world. I also realise that not everyone in the clan is rich, high level, or a skilled pker and for these fellow clan mates i suggest free to play rated clan wars. It still allows us to get into the highscores and bypass the 1 week probation but it is a lot easiar. Any high ranking clan members that want to take this idea to the next level and host a clan war for new recruits may pm me for more details on how to do this.

Good idea. And great first post :)

I forwarded this to someone who may know more about clan wars then I do. I think it's a good idea that we should definitely look into.

While we're at it, why not start doing clan wars?

It would be great if this really works, as soon as you are online I will take you and a few others (hopefully many recruits) to the rated clan wars and we will try it out ^_^

Ok rated clan wars isn't that loved by clans... Will take awhile before we find someone to fight us :/
Well Kevin let me know when you find a clan that dares to fight us and we plan an event :)

Don't try. No warring clan like rated clw. They only do mini wars etc. We would need a teamspeak/vent or something for audio. We would need set callers (Not everyone is allowed to talk only callers) We would also need people to know what they're doing. I say don't even give it a try

Its less for the rating more to get new recruits off probation.
