I disagree but i'll edit this post tonight ^^ If we're gonna keep basing ranking clan on just citadel we will never even see 200(active) people. At least I mixed Citadel with loyalty and trust. Your Mix is just citadel and trust. I don't know,but having a variety to suite everyone sounds more tempting to me ^^ =post update tonight= |

sounds good just need to keep people wanting to gather is the main thing so a bit of both needs implemeted

Heliana, while I absolutely love your aspirations for the cc I think we are moving a little too fast here. Lets fully and completely resolve one issue at a time. Make a list of things that we need to fix, in the order they need to be fixed. Once it is complete we can check it off and then continue down the list |

I agree with Pinta. I also agree with Rach, and she has a very valid point. We need to slow down and fix things one step at a time. We can certainly look at the groundwork now but not jumping right into it. Too many changes at once will start to confuse people, one set at a time is more managable. In terms of groundwork, while before tier 7 we neeed to motivate people to do resources and cap, after I feel a system like Heliana's works well. A combination of loyalty and citadel makes sense and promotes growth in both the citadel and clan where one or the other promotes growth in one aspect but diverts people away from the other. As a citadel clan, loyalty and citadel need to be considered equally, e.g. too much citadel drives people away, while too much loyalty stunts citadel growth. We need to marry the two in order to develop a system that works. Heliana's proposed system seems like it might work, and we can build on that in time. But first lets fix everything else we've started ![]() |

Hmm ; alright I give in,I might be rushing things a bit >.< Can be habit,I apologize. But here is the tiny list we need to work on :- Get Tier 7 & Citadel:- During this time we need to work on a) Fixing and enforcing the updated rules b)Discuss (slowly) all ideas of rankings Till tier 7. That way,once we do have it,we can imply it without any panic/complications. That said,we would have to go over a lot of aspects - the number of weeks needed to gather a rank,the way "kick" (admin+) ranks are achieved and how to orgnize all that into a simple working rank mechanism,the way we will check ranks,all the possible outcomes of issues and so on. After Tier 7 citadel...well than,let the games begin! >.< Hmm,we also need to implement more Events, and new promotional ideas And maybe lastly,hold hands like pre-school and strive for a better Runescape

As it stands we won't change the ranking until AFTER we've maxed out citadel in all regards. We have 2 months until we reach Tier 7 stronghold. Another month to reach tier 7 every skill, battlefield and storehouse. Then we need to focus on maxing out our entrance statues, our walls, and odds and ends little looks and designs to show off actually beings fully maxed, not just in structures or skills. ![]() But we will eventually consider a different rank system since we're working on opening up to events with Organizer rank. And upkeep will be covered by everyone wanting free weekly XP at citadel, so we wouldn't have need to "enforce" it as strongly after that point forward. But we always will have the rick if enough don't attend each week our citadel WILL downgrade. So we will also have need to host weekly clan meetings to encourage citadel activeness for at least logging in to our clan's world/citadel. Beyond that we're open for discussion. I think if we maintain higher ranks for citadel it's easier to track based on weekly cap rather than 2month or 3month span. We could possibly open up to F2P for lower ranks. Though the true game isn't unlocked until they pay membership. F2P i so limited. And we only offer them drop parties. Every other event we host is in P2P - Castle Wars, Pest Control, Stealing Creation, Barbarian Assault. JaGex seems to even shun them with removal of scores until they "pay up". It isn't fair F2P can't aid citadel. But it is a burden JaGex put on us to try finding ways to include them in the ranks. So perhaps we could get them involved with the lower ranks for activeness, and dump off our lazy P2P there as well rather than only being limited to Recruit. |
