So I'll be posting 4 different topic threads on here to see a change in C9. There was a discussion on 7/1/2012 at citadel hall, where erik discussed and heard several feedbacks from various people. This was the result. The clan lacks clan spirit, therefore, there will be a set of hosted events weekly. Those 3 lucky people that achieve Organizer rank will have thier duty of hosting. When they do decide on an event, there will be notices on both ngor forums, clan runescape section and every several hours,a short mention of event in clan by any keyrank/person. Clan events inlude ; - Pvp Trips - Godwar Bosses/Corporal Beast/KBD/Mole events - Castle Wars - Clan Wars - Stealing Creation event - Soul Wars event and so many more that i won't list ![]() Also per month there is a drop party hosted by clan owner,Kire667. Also, any 99 parties can be hosted also, prior that the person informs keyrank/posts on clan forum a few days ahead. Till Organizer ranks are sorted, anyone can choose to host clan events of any sort :3 ===================================================================== Now,we need feedback from all Clan Members to pass on this rule. Deputies/Overseers shall pass on a vote for others. How? Let's use Player named 'x" Deputies/overseers will ask every few hrs in cc if anyone wishes to vote. If player X wants to,he/she shall add the Deputy/Overseer and notify him/her with an answer. Such as : Yes/No,I agree/I disagree. Than the Deputy/Overseer must screenie this vote and go into the specific thread on Ngor forums and say: " Player X voted Yes. " -link to screenie proof- Screenies will be required so there won't be any false voting. If caught there will be harsh consequences. Please pass on this message in cc every few hours. There will be shortly a quickcode for this same post on rs forums,so that deputies can refer people on instead of lecturing. Thank you for your co-operation <3 |

I agree with most. I think there should be 4 - 6 people who can make events if not more. Also (like I said before) Only a certain rank and higher should be able to vote .. Pretty much on anything |

Event's are a must, i've posted on the other thread saying about just having the one organizer but now i see why several may be needed. However i dont think there should be a specific rank for those who want to host an event. I think it might prevent recruits or any other rank from wanting to host one. Once more refering to my other post on one the of the other threads, i think the ogranizers should be able to kick but must provide screen shots. However the 3-4 people selected should be a permanent rank until they choose to retire or are inactive for 2 weeks with no "away" thread posted. |

I agree. Please make sure the organizers are active people, unlike most of our previous overseers. |

Organisers should be a permanent rank of 3-4 players which organise events regularly, (per week) however, events may be organised by anyone should they choose to host one and in these circumstances organisers should help promote, and run such events (should the host request such aid). Organisers should be community leaders regarding events. I believe this would promote a better community spirit not to mention the allowance of clan growth as well as individual initiative and responsibility |

Don't forget all event hosts will be able to track these events and give proper notice in advance thanks to several options available. 1) forum calendar ( http://s3.zetaboards.com/NGoR/calendar/ ) 2) facebook ( http://www.facebook.com/catherby ) 3) runescape forum ( w9hq - national guard of rs ) And we can event post events on facebook and invite my 700+ friends to the events so they can know in when to plan life around RuneScape to attend alongside and possibly join the clan if it's of their interest. |
