25-Aug-2011 - RuneFest Item Competition Interview

Gold fansite RuneZone caught up with Mods GFX and Crow (two of the Awesome-RuneFest 2011-Item-Headgear-Concept-Competition judges) to get an exclusive first look at some of the entries.

RuneZone also fired questions at them about judging the competition, the effect hats have on zombies, and why this year’s RuneFest is a must.
Check out RuneZone's exclusive interview.

The RuneFest Team

I care nothing about a rare item that Mod Crow says we can't obtain via e-mail this year like we have last year's rare item, unless we physically attend the event in London. Despite the fact I bought 2 tickets for SilentC0re so he can have 1 item and I can have the other, plus I'm buying his way to RuneFest this year.

Oh and about promoting a new website "RuneZone" which just came out in 2010 by name direct in the RS News listed as a "gold fansite". I find it amusing they promote the interview of themselves by that website. But where is the RS News about Tip.it interviewing Jiblix - the forum/player mod that lost Jagex status on both areas of RuneScape merely for posting a video showing how Jagex don't ban botters and allow every F2P server to be spammed heavily by gold farming website URLs.

In all the years I promoted my site without the use of a URL and I kept getting banned left and right. Now it's alright if Jagex promotes websites they don't own (fan websites same as us, even if we've been longer than RuneHQ by a full year). And it's fine if auto talkers set up bots to advertise websites to buy gold on RuneScape. >_> *smh*

Now the whole game's changed and it ain't nothing without me.
