Well in todays new poll Jagex talked about Dungeoneering but the thing that scared me the most was this..

Question 10 - Bonus Question: Would you like to see the "hitsplats" in Dungeoneering used throughout the rest of the game?

Yes, that would be great 47% (636 votes)

I'm undecided 28% (383 votes)

No thanks, keep them in the dungeons 21% (279 votes)

I haven't tried the new skill yet 4% (58 votes)

-Note- this is at 19:19 Forum Time on June 1st.

Knowing Jagex they are going to implement the purple heal hitsplats into the main game. Basically ruining eating/fighting entirely.

At the moment I can barely even see my HP bar with the massive ammount of damage being done at times and taking a lot of hits during PvP or being piled. Just imagine how hard it will be to see what is going on during a fight with purple splats.

For instance picture getting piled in pvp. Your getting hit by 3 players your taking massive damage and your healing. Your character will be filled with so many splats that you won't be able to see at all.

I say don't do this Jagex please oh god don't fix what isn't broken especially this!

Before somebody suggests making an option to turn it on and off...

They can just add an option to not show it on your screen...

---------------

They could just add an option to turn off Constitution and make it Hitpoints again.

They could make an option that will let all skillcape emotes be the old ones.

They could make an option that would remove the new weapon graphics.

You get what I mean..

If this is added, people doing PvP will be able to tell what food their opponent is using, how much they eat, etc... Also, the problem of mass spamming of the hitsplats. We already have enough high hits and the worst thing to add is a purple healing splat.

Thanks for the Responce :P

Hopefully the Poll is not one of those Garunteed Content Ones... I dont want to see purple healsplats outside of Dungeoneering. It would ruin PvP and Combat. I dont want to see what types of food other people are using. And in Multi Combat areas, theres already enough hitsplats spamming the screen and we do not need anymore.

Adding more hitsplats is not necessary

The defect of equality is that we only desire it with our superiors

World Of Warcraft = Inactive
Runescape = Inactive
ArcheAge = Inactive
Tera = Inactive

In any other part of the game its fine, but it shouldn't be used for pvp, that I agree with.

Splats aren't going to cause lag, nor are they so bright they'd affect eyesight anymore than the current ones do.

I wouldn't mind them personally, but I do agree they should not be implemented for pvp
