I've noticed this for awhile but didn't really say anything because it didn't bother me until now. Originally, I thought it was only for ONE subforum. Turns out, it's all of them.

When I'm on the homepage of the forums ( http://forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com/ ) if I was to scroll down and... for example, hit the "Website News" subforum, I get logged out with the "Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available." message.

It's for every single subforum.

If this has been brought up before, I apologize. But there is a way to fix it. The only problem is, I don't know what code you guys are using for the subforums. On another forum I'm Admin of, we have subforums too and we use the "subforum" click technique as well. Our code is...

<a href="WEBSITE" target="_self">NAME</a>

Obviously WEBSITE/NAME would differ.

Does anyone else get this problem though?

I only have that problem when I use the forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com. There is no problem if you stick to the default z3.invisionfree.com/ngor. It only says you have to sign in if you change between the two.

All of the old links directed to forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com, and after I've notice how much down time the main website has on the server hosting by Sakkath, I've decided to not rely upon the redirect URL masking, and to convert the forum links to the default URL which is z3.invisionfree.com/ngor.

Try bookmarking that link instead, and it will give you a lot less hassle in the long run. :) forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com is merely a convenience made for those whom rather avoid the main website URL of www.nationalguardofrunescape.com, and have a simple and direct approach to our forum. Yet, if the website goes down, so does forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com, and during which time we lose new recruits, due to not only the website downtime, but also downtime for our forum due to broken links under such URL listing.

DragonBro002: How do you access the forum? http://forums.nationalguardofrunescape.com or http://z3.invisionfree.com/ngor?

I've always used http://z3.invisionfree.com/ngor and I've never had the problem.

I'll look into it some when I get home from work.

Okay, I'll use the other link. I just tested it out, no problems there. So it's the forums.nationalguard one.

My bad. I meant http://z3.invisionfree.com/ngor .

I have all sites bookmarked so I tend to forget it was z3 not www.
