Above is proof that no person is immune to the law. Even that of the website founder. The owner of clan chat in world 9. Even I, can be found guilty of game rule offense, and punished accordingly.

The punishment placed upon NGoR46 was 24-hour mute. It claims it was placed by a moderator. But I begin to think that is just what they say about any mute.

I have been given a reminder to both rules 10 and 11 (the 10 I was found innocent to, Rule 11 I was declined appeal for). And it only brings to our attention, the chat is proving to be far greater than anything JaGeX has ever attempted, at enforcing the rules over the people, by the people, and of the people.

Without need for direct Moderator involvement, the members of chat at Catherby_9 have more than proven their value to society tonight, by showing that not even the originator of the NG goes without punishment, through the JaGeX system of defense. Protecting all gamers from the potential hackers/scammers/threats that could one day plague our game. They have proven that perhaps it is time for JaGeX to promote from within, giving more reporters proof that they actually earn modship for their actions, so they will be more daily involved in their home game, and more involved in securing a future for all gamers worldwide within the worlds of RuneScape.

A job well done. Another rule offender apprehended. And I commend whoever placed the report with JaGeX, and I will give you +1 toward your rank, if you send me the proof image of offense to my inbox on these forums. (I know it sounds like a set up, but in all honesty, it is not.)

This is a good thing and a bad thing. You should NOT be immune to the rules (we discussed this already in-game). It also shows that CC is not a safe place to talk about NGoR. How do you recruit w/o being able to promote our site? Shows that you better play it safe in chat, or you will get reported!

:NGoRlogo: As you said we are not immune to the rules "JaGex" has put out for us we all can get punished. Although they may not seem fair in the circumstances rules are there to be inforced. Im not sure how or when Dominion was breaking the rules but im sure he did not mean to. :omg: Im sorry to hear you got muted Dominion

Just goes to show how mute happy your chat is. Also goes to show the people not on the forums don't even give any respect to the creator or the channel.

Liam: We been over this. I didn't say I wasn't guilty of saying "NationalGuardOfRunescape/questlist.htm." I merely stated that I am very proud that our #1 help chat of game surpassed all of my expectations of that JaGeX never could be. Devoid of bias reports, and pure law to the extreme.

Not even Andrew Gower himself could set up such a perfect system of checks and balances, and he had since 1999 to get it right.

I broke the rules, and I was muted for 24 hours. The end. And I only wish I could have reports like the one I will not name (but whom later came to me that same day to confess he placed the report of Rule 11 against me, for an offense I accept fault under). If all of the game were that devoted to the rules, we would have no need for moderators in the first place, and the game would have no need for JaGeX that much, either. ;) Players ruling players, and JaGeX in place simply to confirm each report is legit, and is validated with equal evidence.

AKA James: Correction to the error of our thinking. We strive to recruit the most Player Moderators of this game, in hopes to one day earn the sanctification of JaGeX, just as RuneHQ and TipIt have immunity under Law 11. We are also striving to get every legit member of this group to become Player Moderators, so that one day we will be the only website with the largest collaboration of Player Moderators involved and active in the game of RuneScape.

And to that end, we are to promote good behavior, and proper rule enforcement, both at forum, just as in chat.
