This will be a compilation of all suggestions relating to recruitment. If you have a suggestion, make a post with your suggestion, backed with details and your ideas. Anyone who has already made a post relating to this can just copy and paste it into a reply. I'm going to have a list of ideas from our members and go through them all. So, if you have an idea, get to posting. We need increased recruitment, so let's work on it.

It came to my attention that some members cannot post here; so, if you can't post a reply, send me your suggestions in a PM, and I'll handle it.

Leave you suggestion and don't clutter with criticism and things.

Suggestions:

Allow joining without permission or strenuous join process. Fill out an apllication in place thereof.(...:::BlackMagiks:::...)

Official clan of NGoR(Anthony)

Advertisement of DPs in affiliates' sites, invitation[Bribe if not for a better term](Anthony)

Set standards for joining.[Ask if willing to be active for said amount of days per week](Anthony)

Makeover on the appearance of NGoR(Anthony)

Lessened in-game recruits(Anthony)

(14:59:13) <BlackMagiks> like make it soo that...
(14:59:25) <BlackMagiks> you dont have to give people permission to join
(14:59:57) <BlackMagiks> someone just can come and register and be in the clan
(15:00:17) <BlackMagiks> we wont need the recruitment submissions forums anymore if u did that
(15:00:30) <BlackMagiks> u may just make a forum called application forum..
(15:00:46) <BlackMagiks> and people have to fill out application, before they can be in
(15:01:23) <BlackMagiks> and if they dont meet expecations they get deleted, and the people that havent made an application
(15:01:40) <BlackMagiks> only have a forum mask where they can view the forums and not reply...
(15:01:44) <BlackMagiks> what do u think??

Yes, we all know. A couple different people already posted about it. And Dom did away with recruitment submissions. Now it's just an ordinary "Join" section.

Don't clutter with posts like that. Just leave a submission and be done with it.

Well, I'm hoping to somehow change my money going out less toward funding NGoR, and maybe get an actual domain for NationalGuardOfGaming.com. Then again, it is probably already taken, and I can barely afford what I do now, with my $1960 I owe on of my cards. Domain we have is $20 per year, while the website itself is $12 per month. For a total of $164 per year, that I am still paying out of my own pocket.

If that isn't giving my share of helping toward the community, I don't know what is. But that is far from what must be done.

I have already planned to list every online game, and litle by little individual clans may enlist by applocation to my e-mail, to fill those spots. We have a few games covered with a "National Guard of" yet there are many more still out there, waiting to be recruited.

Also, I will have my website directly link to each one of them, from a central "NationalGuardOfGaming.com" page, solely to linkto every online game there is, known to humanity.

Once that is done, we can rest easy, we we are the home for Runescape, and other games came join us through that, if they wish to learn more about this game, prior to joining us in it.

**But we shall NEVER AGAIN depend on Jagex and their lame pos rules to try helping the world know of us and our events, as long as they stick to their "stick up my ***" rules system. I highly advise everyone to keep your in-game chat to "friends," if not "off." The game chat is no longer safe to use, for they have been mass banning and muting players left and right for minor offenses. ONLY use chat at any website BUT at Runescape.com, if you enjoy this game, for the game itself is no longer secure.

All of our recruitment base shall be gained from word of mouth, inter-clan affiliates, as well as our already well-known reputation for being the leader for fighting for player rights against over-powering game overlords. And this very reason, we shall gain other clans to lead the other games we still have yet to expand into, who share a love for keeping peace and order, while not going to extremes with such.

This will be no easy feat, but in time, all shall come together. The first step, though, I need to get done with this next major DP, so I can begin work on a page just to list the games we cover currently. And, as those game leaders (of NGoG) begin to submit websites/forums for the game they lead in, we shall add links for the game title -- limit 1 clan/guild per game. And in this, we shall once again begin our expansion over the online world, and reign supreme among men! We have sat idle trying to cover every guide and data on a gam-killing-itself for too long. We shall keep those here who wish to be, and let the others find a true home for the game they enjoy, and not just complain because we are formed on this website for 1 purpose and 1 game, that being Runescape. But I, for one, and playing with my chat off for protection from Jagex, while I will continue to play as long as I find joy and fun in hanging with my friends who have yet to get banned or muted.

Well it won't be for a while here. I have been working to build up the group for Runescape, making it easier for NGoR Staff to renew inactive or demoted members, and to strive even when I am away for a day or 2 (God forbid that ever happening any time soon :speechless:).

Once that is done, and we have a system where abuse is report, handled, and not a public matter as the sort we had in the past years, then I can begin work on a full list of every online game, much like our list of every Runescape clan, and each game shall be linked to one clan/group/website which hosts the game similar to the way we would (kind, considerate, and non-associate with "those" cheat (use programs to beat a game without any effort or actual time put in for brag rights).
