I have an idea on how we can "revive" the NGoR to its former self.
But it's gonna take some participation and ideas "screwing" it in, or "tightening it.

I remember days when DJ and Rob were here and we'd all make a total of 300 posts a day as one forum. NOw adays, barely anyone gets on, the same people, and barely any posts.

Now let's get to the point:
NGoR probably needs to make its own official clan, NGoR.
I can make us recruitment posts in RHQ forums, RSC forums or anything like that if Zandra or someone can get me layouts.

But afterall, you guys probably disagree with my movement and wanna move on with your lives....

i say voz for official clan, unless u meant making a new clan called ngor... but we need to revive ngor, its kinda dead lately...

Well, what we could do is perhaps advertise our DPs on TDT(they gots lots of active members and bribe them to JOIN! Yea? Yea?
You can't trust INGAME recruitment b/c those kinds of members are known to be INACTIVE.
So I propse we create NGoR or AoR, advertise, and have the two link together link RHQ does!

HOLY:INGAME recruits are known to be inactives, I for one am an exeption to that!

I like the idea, I know where to find NGoR support banners!

I say people simply need to recruit from worlds other than 9. It would all new members to join, and help them out as well. The only problem is the possible punishment from Jagex, so do so at your own risk.

A clan for NGoR I'm not so sure about, yet. I'll run some ideas by Erik, sometime.

I was thinking that we could keep people active by setting up a little contest.

It wouls start with only the normal members, and everyone would try to recruit people. Every week that a recruit of theirs was active they get a point (So if 2 recruits were active you get 2 points). In turn those recruits could also recruit and try to get the most points by the end of the contest, or we could have a preset amount of points to get. The end prize could be quite large because this sin't a short contest it could last a while.

Hince, why I don't recruit anymore. I lost my first 3 years in this game because of it, and would advise everyone to heed the warning.

If you want to recruit outside of the game, fine. Just don't risk your main.

Jagex has ruined any chances for clans to have mass members of 1000+, and as such, I am content with just the 500 friends we got, because they are true friends, and not just those who come around every 3 months for free stuff (nah, they stick around the entire time, and still come for free stuff.. lol. I love those types more).

So yeah, if anyone cares to recruit, we still have that thing of 1m gp to the top recruiter every drop holiday, which should work to gather new people. But the majority don't like to post, or are afraid of actually talking to others.

I'll be back for posting and doing events once I pass my cl***** in a couple months, and have a month or so off. But until then, the community has been re-opened to the public, and recruitment submissions are not necessary. Only a valid e-mail address is.

It seems any time I take 1 day for break, or work on a new skill guide, people think something is wrong. The community is more active now than it was before. There is an average of 12-16 people on the forum simultaneously (actually during the week days, rather than just weekends), as opposed to the old 5-7 members online at the same time.

As for post count. It was never mandatory to keep members for people to post. If thye wish to get on and just read the forums, it is their personal option and free choice to do such.
