Sign the petition to get your view across to keep the storyline of Hell, and not have it change into
another Resident Evil remake with some virus outbreak added in after so many years of hard work!

Hey guys, I got it!! I finally got Doom 3. And It is far better-looking NPCs (humans, enemies, and all) than even Half-Life 2! And the good thing, I'm running it on the medium detail, and it don't lag at all.. where as HL2 tends to lag, and hve it's 60 second loading times between sections in the game.

This game loads the FULL stage at the very begining, so expect your only wait when you start a new stage. This takes me about 60 seconds to load. But after that, this gae is great!

I love how they FINALY made a playible introduction, where as the other re-makes of the storyline for Doom has just told about how the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC -- much like the rich power of Umbrella Inc. for the Resident Evil series) was expanding research on Mars, when they found the worst threat we could ever face. Mars was a direct link to Hell itself! And as the portal to Hell was opened, all of Satan's minions began taking over the bodies of the engineers and Marines.

Okay, well I'm about to get back to that. But don't forget, I'll be back to prepare more things for the Christmas DP 2004, and I will be here on World 14 for the full day of 4 hours of item dropping. ^_^

I found the gates of hell itself! Check out the trailer for this game, if you don't have it yet! Just go to the image above, click that. On Doom3.com, click "Trailer".

This game owns! The FIRST I have ever seen yet to allow you interaction in advanced PC menus in-game, to unlock doors, enter passcodes, access machinery, and more! Heck, even the mirrors show everything with exact perfect detail as is around you in the game.

I would compare the death ability to that of Soldier of Fortune: Double Helix. When you shoot a possessed Marine in the head, it shows the bullet hole where you shot. Some come at you with half a head, others you can blow their bottom jaw off with a shotgun.

The only thing I don't like so far is the disappearing bodies. Where as the first Half-Life, if you shot a dead enemy, the body would pop into pieces, then disappear -- the bodies in Doom 3 desentigrate. Even Half-Life 2 knew to fix that, and make it so the bodies remain forever (which does create some lag as the bodies begin to pile up along the entire stage).

The X-Box version is decent. Even though it's not as good of graphics compared to the PC version, it is better than minimul quality.

Basically, they removed many parts here and there to the origional map. So it is definitely worth playing both versions full way through. They have added new map parts, different enemy layouts and types, yet all the secruity lockers have the same access codes to get the amunition and supplies.

But as for the collector's edition, it is definitely worth it. You can play both Doom and Doom II (Super Nintendo graphics) with up to 4 player co-op mode. It's almost as much fun as playing Doom 3 on co-op with 2 players on system link of 2 X-Box consoles.

..whihc reminds me. I'm heading out to get my 2nd copy of Doom 3 on XB. This is gonna own! Check you all tonight, if I survive Hell. :locknload:

Nothing to complain about. You got soon-to-come Resident Evil Outbreak: File #2 for PS2, and that's a PS2-only game title. :P

Wish I knew what you mean. I never got a chance to play any of them for PS2. Also, I heard it is the first RE you can run and aim at the same time, instead of standing there like an idiot while returning fire.

But you can transfer all our old data and items from Resident Evil: Outbreak into the new game. And it's still 4 players co-operative play.

No, the first RE: Outbreak had a 1p mode, I believe. But you know that RE: Outbreak File #2 is comming out soon? You can transfer all your save files to it, items and such.
