Well, it's Spring here. But that's beside the point.

I'm going to be working on cleaning this site up over the next few days (or weeks, depending on how things go) - that means deleting old topics, moving things around, etc. I'm just letting you all know. And asking for your help.

If there's anything you want (or think should be) deleted, please post the link in this topic and I'll have it removed.

So originally Serendipity was running the challenges and Carrot Stix was helping her, but neither of them have been here in a few months, so at least until they come back, we need someone who's willing to take over the challenges. If anyone is interested, you would pretty much just have to make sure that area of the site stays organized. It's not a very time-consuming job, but someone needs to do it. So if you're interested, just PM me and let me know. I pretty much know all of you so you don't need to send any kind of formal application if you don't want to (though you're certainly welcome to!).

I'll make the application deadline October 11, so you have until next Saturday to apply. That's a little more than a week.

Well...as you probably noticed, Mystic Road Graphics suddenly got a makeover. I don't know what happened. I didn't do anything. I can try to fix the problem, but...do you guys want me to look into it? If you like the new layout better I guess we can keep it. This is really strange, I'm not gonna lie...

This is just an announcement that after reviewing the people who applied for the summer admin position, Haylie Jaed got the position. I'm sure she will be a wonderful asset to our team!

Summer is quickly approaching, and with it comes a need to add to the staff. Another Admin would be really useful around here. We have Serendipity and I, and we have Carrot Stix as a moderator, but we have over 30 members now, and that's no longer enough. So if you're interested in joining the MRG Admin team, please either PM me or e-mail me (xxdaqu@gmail.com). You may send in a formal application, but it is not required, because I pretty much know who all of you are. Just let me know if you're interested, and over the next couple of weeks we'll see what happens. I'm putting a May 23rd deadline on the applications, so that gives you about 2 1/2 weeks. Thanks!

Okay, so if you noticed, I deleted the unavailable artists and requesting masterlist threads. If the site traffic picks up a little more in the next few months then I'll put them back, but as of right now, it's just not worth it. Everybody can tell when there's a new request, especially if it's for a specific artist.

And in regards to the unavailable artists, I would really rather have a system set up where if you're going to be unavailable, please just put a little note in your signature or something. That way it's the artist's responsibility, not a joint responsibility between myself and the artist.

As you may or may not have noticed, there's a new sub-forum for old requests. Requests more than two months old will be moved there, where they will stay for another four months. After six months, the thread will be deleted. If your topic is moved into the old requests, just PM a moderator--myself, Serendipity, or Carrot Stix--and one of us will move your topic back.
