Canon/Original:
Canon Premade by Richard

Codename:
Executioner

Real Name:
Skurge (Asgardian name)/Lou Thanik (human name)

Nickname:
The Evil One

Age:
28

Gender:
Male

Race:
Asgardian

Appearance:
He is a hulking mountain of a man, standing at 7' 2" and weighing 1100 pounds his frame and size mark him as a very large and imposing figure. Keeping his head shaved and short stubbly facial hair, he has a rather mean look in his eyes. Though as one can tell by looking at him, Skurge is truly a formidable opponent with enough experience shown in how he carries himself into battle. He has no known tattoo's and does bear scars of his many battles in Asgard, especially from the battle against Hel's army of the dead in which he did not fall until the very end. Everything about his appearance makes him a threat, and he is always seen scowling or smirking though it depends on what is going on.

Clothing:
He dresses in green and black body armor with black leggings that have armor plating over the shins and knees, and his arms are left bare as his shoulders and torso are the only protected areas. On his forearms he wears black leather wrapping style gloves, and a black leather band around his upper left arm. Though he is often seen with it in battle he wears his indestructible helm only sometimes, and when he is out on a scheme he is often carrying more than just Bloodaxe. He is usually seen carrying an assault rifle or two, as well as many other assortments of weapons which give him a variety of combat options. When in human form as Lou Thanik he dresses nicely and often wears greens, blacks, and greys. Though in his human form he seems to dress semi formal to casual, never going as far as full formal unless it is for something that calls for it. Though his appearance as Executioner and as a human vary because the Bloodaxe is what allows him to change look, so that he can blend in with society.

Weapons / Armor / Gear:
He has a rather impressive arsenal of conventional weapons, that consist of martial and ranged weapons of all kinds. However as much as this is one of the methods he has for fighting, he is also in posession of the cursed Bloodaxe. This weapon was infected by Skurges evil and the curse that overcame it was one that can corrupt any who wields it and makes them into a psychotic killer. This axe has a few abilities as well as traits, but the weapon is clearly cursed and should never fall into the hands of a mortal. Only the last two abilities can be used by him, the first two are only effective when in the hands of a mortal wielder. It is also mystically enchanted as well as nearly indestructible, though it would take a much greater strength than even his to desroy it. He is also in posession of an indestructible helm that he wears into battle, protecting his head from attacks and making him harder to knock out from physical blows to the head.
  • [1] Transformation: THis ability of this is much like the one Odin placed on Mjolnir, in order to activate this the axe must be stamped against the ground and the wielder can return to mortal form wearing whatever they were wearing before grasping the weapon. However if seperated from the axe for more than sixty seconds they will also revert back to their mortal identity. This aspect grants him the ability to switch between Executioner and Lou Thanik.
[2] Curse: Due to his evil that has made it into a corrupt weapon of great evil, if a mortal wields this they will be driven to kill when transformed. This bloodlust can possibly be controlled and channeled, but the mortal who wields it will in the end become utterly corrupt and berserk. This only affects mortals, and not him once again due to his influence being what corrupted it.
[3] It is capable of being used as a bluntforce trauma weapon or sharp cutting weapon, as well as being thrown since it is an axe. It does have another two effects that can be used which make it even more dangerous, capable of firing blasts of fire or ice it can also manipulate magnetic fields that allows it to deflect gunfire back at the people who fired the bullets.
[4] Teleportation: This ability is only useful in that it can be used to teleport the user to places they have previously been, nothing more and nothing else.

Skills / Education/ Training:
He is a trained Asgradian warrior and well versed in warfare as well as tactics, his skills and training lie more in his martial abilties and he is a warrior who compares to some of the greatest in Asgard. His education is that in the art of warfare, and he learned through training and moreso through actual combat. In truth he learns better through experience and doing things, rather than study and book learning.

Powers:
His powers are all physical with the exception of his rather noted longevity, and each one of his powers stem from his heritage of being part Frost Giant and part Skarnheim God. While he is thousands of years old, he does not look a day past thirty-two and is still in his physical prime. This ability does not make him immortal, so he can be killed by physical means like any other Asgardian or Frost Giant. His other powers are as follows, and each one lends to his raw ability as a warrior who wields the cursed Bloodaxe.

Superhuman strength: His strength is rated at superhuman, and while many Asgardians are strong his is even more impressive than many of them. He is capable of lifting sixty-five tons, which makes fighting him in melee combat at any capacity a very dangerous task.

Superhuman speed: He is much faster than even the top tier human athlete, and can easily outpace them without even really trying. This is rather surprising despite his large build, and it makes him quite capable of chasing down opponents even if their in a vehicle or running at top speed unless their faster than him.

SUperhuman stamina: His body is much more resistant to fatigue due to his muscles reduced output of fatigue toxins, less compared to most humans and even other Asgardians. He is capable of exerting himself at peak capacity for an extended period of time, at most several days before he finally will start feeling the impairment effects of any potential fatigue.

Superhuman Durability: The structure of his body tissue is considerably tougher than a humans and most Asgardians, this enables him to withstand a variety of factors without taking any damage at all. He is capable of withstanding extremely high impact forces, the temperature extremes, even high caliber bullets and powerful energy blasts. This also renders him immune to any known infections or diseases on earth, thus making him very difficult to hurt.

Superhuman dense tissue: Due to his combined Asgardian and Frost Giant heritage the density of his skin, muscle, and bone tissue is greatly improved. It is even denser than a full blooded Asgardian due to his mixed heritage, this is a major factor in his superhuman strength factor and immense weight.

Superhuman agility: His natural agility as well as balance and physical coordination, are enhanced to levels that go well beyond the physical limits of even the greatest of human athletes.

Superhuman reflexes: His reflexes and thus his reaction time is enhanced to well beyond the levels of the best of human athletes, giving him a superior advantage when it comes to this area when facing humans.

Weakness:
He has been seduced by Enchantress and thus forever her thrall, his level of infatuation is enough that he will do anything for her even if she withholds favors just to keep it like that. Thus his biggest and one true weakness is Enchantress herself, especially the power she commands over him that makes his loyalty to her unshakable. He will always be in her presence or nearby when she is there, and he would likely die for her if she asked it of him.

Personality:
He is a warrior who is both brutal and intelligent, the strength and cunning of both a Frost Giant and Asgardian has forged a man who knows how to fight and carries an evil that is to be feared. Though his loyalties like with Amora he is aware that she has toyed with him, and that makes him unsure of who to trust after he barely escaped Hela. While he is a bitter enemy of Thor he does not desire to come into conflict at this point, he would rather live without the conflicts of Asgard for a while. He enjoys his drink strong and his food aplenty, as much as he often finds himself in fights of all kinds though he fights for no real reason. He has some human friends who are mostly of the criminal element, and he will not disclose to them of his real nature even though they know he is far superior in strength.

If someone annoys him he will not hesitate to let them know, first vocally and if they insist he will resport to knocking them around a bit. He will use both his cunning mind and brute strength to his advantage at any time, and only one who demonstrates loyalty and strength amongst humans as friends, the rest are mere pawns to him be used and tossed aside when they are unable ot be used anymore. His experiences with Amora has changed how he deals with things in a way, he has picked up some bad habit but also some good ones when it comes to how to deal with people.

History:
His past has long been intertwined with that of Enchantress, so far back that he has spent many years helping her in her schemes. Though he was born to a Skarheim goddess mother and Frost Giant father, which made for a very strong child who was a natural warrior, and thus he grew up learning to fight with great skill. He was never known to back down or give any enemy quarter, and even if an enemy was trying to run in the face of his onslaught he would butcher them. His fury and evil knew no bounds, which is possibly why he was seduced by Enchantress to aid her in her many schemes. Even he does not remember when that event happened, as it has been so long that this is the life he knows. Once he gained his human identity of Lou Thanik he had an encounter with the one who would become one of his greatest enemies, he was sent to kill Jane Foster after Enchantress was Unsucessful in seducing Blake so she ordered it of Executioner.

This led to his first encounter with Thor, and while ending with defeat at the hands of the Asgradian him and Enchantress moved onto other plans and schemes. He was one of the many villians recruited to disrupt the wedding of Richard Reed and Susan Storm, and both him and Enchantress have at times allied themselves with other Asgardian villians as well as villians from earth. For many years his greatest enemies have been both Thor and The Avengers, and while aiding Enchantress has suffered many defeats at their hands. Though there was a time when he was not under Amora's charms, and he was not even the same evil man he had been. For a time he was an ally of The Einthejar, Baldur, and Thor in a move to rescuse souls that Hel had stolen.

This came as eventually he grew tired of Amora's toying with him, and he had a falling out for a time. It was in this attempt he was assumed to have died, and thought to have earned his place in Valhalla for his final stand. As they were escaping they were being pursued by an army of he dead, when Thor told them to run while he held the army back at the bridge of Gjallerbru he did not run. Instead he knocked Thor unconcious and told Baldur to escape with his former enemy, however though it looked like he fell to the hordes of enemies he survived that vicious battle. After that day he retreated to earth to heal his wounds and let the others believe he was dead, though recently he has shed the guise of Don Blake and once again assumed the Bloodaxe. Which he regained possession of after killing the one who carried it in that battle which nearly killed him, taking it back from the posession of Hel and her agents. For the last while since he crawled out of Hela he has lived on earth working for a minor organized crime family, as one of their top Lieutenants who has kept everything in line with ease.
