The Los Angeles Angels have landed the two biggest prizes of the offseason.

First, Albert Pujols agreed to a 10-year deal for at least $250 million with the team, sources told ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney on Thursday.

Then the Angels agreed to terms with left-handed starter C.J. Wilson on a five-year, $77.5 million contract, his agent Bob Garber told ESPN.

ESPN

Terrible job by the Cardinals. I am not looking forward to seeing Pujols play against us every year.

That contract will be just as bad as A-Rod's once they each reach their late 30s.

Even with Pujols, that Angels lineup doesn't scare me at all. Their bullpen is also shaky at the back end. However, their starting rotations is awesome. Weaver, Haren, Wilson, Santana? Wow.

And I still get pissed every time I see Haren in an Angels uniform. He was the #2 starter this team needed and Cashman was too stupid to trade for him when he was available. He was offered to Cashman for Joba and Nova, I would have made that trade 100 times over.

Hopefully, Nova improves on his very good 2011 season, but I am not convinced with him just yet.

Their starters are stacked, but that's it. That lineup is still a joke. I'm really surprised they didn't go after Fielder, he would have fit in well with that bunch.

Not if Pujols doesn't get caught.
