.270 10 HR 24 RBI .878 OPS Since the All Star Break, he's been a different hitter. This is the jig we all thought we were getting from the start. Plus he plays a much better CF than people talk about. If he keeps this up and has a strong postseason, I hang on to him. I would still sign Crawford to play LF, then Grandercoon or Gertner in CF with the other playing RF. SLUG can DH and play some 1B and OF here and there. |

Assuming Granderson can hit to those numbers and Gardner/Swisher can repeat this season, what would be the point of spending as much money as Crawford will want on an outfielder. I go with those three in the OF, Posada/Montero/Thames/rotation of old guys at DH. |
