Career in the turlet.... Slap hitting cheap shot to RF his whole life ... has to watch A-Rod put the City on his back last season and see him stand n deliver in Philly and win the WS Now he's gotta act happy that A-Rod is in the breath of Ruth and Jeter is Rich Aurilla if he doesn't play in NYC and he knows it ... All after A-rod bagged him in GQ years ago - Jeter froze him out for years in NYC and made him look bad ....some Captain ....and you know what - the whole world knows A-rod was right ..... |

I'm pretty sure Jeter is secure with his own career because he has something you lack - self-confidence. As for watching Alex put the team on his back, I'm pretty sure Jeter is thrilled that happened because he won ring #5 as a result. Who cares that they hated each other for a few years? I have had falling outs with some of my best friends, only to repair things a few years later. It happens. |

When you've made as much money as he has, won as many rings, and is now reportedly engaged to as hot a girl as he is, I'm sure you're OK with pretty much everything. |

Hopefully today's 4 for 4 will get him going on a hot streak too. He's been useless for a couple of months. I don't buy that he's done or relaxing after a strong 2009. |

And now that A-Rod has 600 out of the way, maybe he can get his head out of his ass too. Both of these guys have been sleep walking through the season. Time for them to wake the feck up. |

If they don't wake up after today, they're in trouble. Getting Jeter and Alex going with the way Swisher and Teixeira have been hitting would go a long way towards getting the offense as a whole on a roll. |
