It's actually awesome around page 48ish are threads from this time last year and Kocur is ranting about the same nonsense. They were 25-19 and in 3rd place on May 24, 2009. They're 26-18 now and the rest of the American league other then Tampa doesn't scare me. Anyone that is going to wrap the season up with a bow after 1/4 of the season clearly has problems dealing with big picture issues.

Sorry but I don't see how the situation is comparable to last year. Comparing won lost records means nothing. Tampa Bay is much much better this year and we potentially worse... I don't see how we get by Tampa in the playoffs. That young pitching is unbeatable and the rest of the team is well balanced and very good...

I'm calling it right now. Tampa - Philly world series with Tampa taking it all. :agent:

Thank god it's at least Tampa that's off to this hot start. We'll be in 3rd for good by July 1st though.
