You can shove this team up your AZZ SHOOT. These were 3 terrible games in a row. Like Koc said I didn't buy Monday's win at all. This Sox team was dead and we gave them such life. The Rays are laughing at us right now. Girardi and the rest of this team better get its sh*t together because I will not tolerate this crap play.

Sure enough Tampa is pounding the Yankees in the ass tonight. Pathetic, gutless effort this team has put forth since that four game series in Detroit began.

I still think they'll win the division with 100+ wins and the Devil Rays (no, that wasn't a mistake) will fall back. They need a trade now, though. They can't keep running this broken down crew out there. Really, they overachieved in the first month. The pitching staff isn't that good. The starters ain't gonna maintain this (Brunette is already cracking; that ERA will be up where it belongs soon enough) and guys like Cervelli and Gardner aren't gonna continue to hit at this pace. The positive is that we don't expect Jeter to stay at .260 for the year and Teixeira and A-Rod are about due for a real hot streak - a REAL hot streak. But I still don't think that'll be enough when everything evens out and guys cool down. Trade for a bat. And maybe a reliever.
