The Truth Posts: 35,327 Group: VC_Moderator Member #45 Joined: April 6, 2004	First I don't make a huge deal about this stuff, but it's being talked about. Some say '00 is not part of the 00's decade. How would that be the case? A decade is 10 years, 10 years would be 00-09. In the 90's it would be 90-99.......90 wasn't part of the 80's, so how can some dispute '00 being part of the 00's.... 00-09 10-19 20-29 30-39 and so on...... Stop with the madness. We were the team of the 90's and team of the 00's!!!

The only reason I would care is because I don't want the Red Sox to get any satisfaction of being called the team of the decade. The decade is 2000-2009. The Yankees have 2 WS Championships, 4 pennants, and 7 division titles. That's the team of the decade.
