Seriously, Pavano has been pitching like the cool cat I always knew he was. :dreamy:

He's stepped it up here recently for Cleveland, f*cking douchebag. I can't believe he hasn't gotten hurt yet, he's going to make more starts this year for Cleveland then he did in 4 years for us!

The most wins he had in a year with the Yankees was four. He's already at five.

Excellent rebuttal. You must have played a lot of X-Box to accumulate such a vast array of baseball knowledge. I wish I could take back all the years that I spent playing and researching the game. If I had only sat on my couch with a controller in my hand then I would understand that hitting the snot out of the ball in a part time roll is actually a bad thing.

I'm glad Vin blindly agreeing with you makes you think you are making people look stupid.

PS: You know as well as I do that I liked Smith as an alternative to wasting money and a possible draft pick on Myers and I liked Phelps for exactly what he ended up being, pop off the bench with an occasional start because the alternatives were garbage.

If a Yankee player hit 5 home runs, 2 triples, 4 doubles, and hit .351 in his next 77 ABs, you would think that was a poor performance. I can't agree with that. I think that hitting .351 with 5 home runs, 2 triples, and 4 doubles in 77 ABs is a good thing.

Do you want to post more nerdy smileys or do you want to actually answer this time?

This is where Rob posts "STOP" and then the thread dies.

Nick Johnson is really hitting well and Abreu has all of a sudden become Juan Pierre but is putting up pretty good numbers for Anaheim.
