Posts: 540 Group: Members Member #977 Joined: April 9, 2008	Deny it was us. You septics will not admit it, but we were the performers in this Olympics. We face a big challenge (everyone laughed when we said we wanted to finish 6th this Olympics, and 4th in our host Olympics, but we're 4th!). Without Phelps, actually, even with him, you were embarrassing. And why can no-one in the world beat our cyclists? Come on! I loved this Olympics. And I'm a Scot by blood.

Posts: 11,328 Group: Members Member #198 Joined: August 18, 2004	Other than Track and Field what relevant sport did USA embarrass themselves in? By relevant I mean sports where the a human is the athlete (meaning no equestrian) and people are watching/care (meaning pretty much nothing involving the words 'archery', 'shooting', 'dance', or 'synchronized'). Also lets disqualify games I stopped playing when I was 10 (handball and ping pong (table tennis is just a name people came up with because they want to pretend ping pong is a real sport)).
