Ponson is sure to come down to earth and what better time to do so than the Saux. Also, we suck against Lester. Pray for Rfain.

No more rain, and it looks like a great night for baseball. :no1:

I hope the skies open up and it just pours and doesn't stop.

It's so hard to watch games at Fenway. I got this on mute, but just seeing hands move in the back after Day Munn took strike 3 got me mad

SHOCKING!!! If Morgan was in the booth, he'd say that because Ellsbury isn't Leroy Blackskin of the Harlem 40s.

No excuse for him to be safe at 3rd there. Abreu never gets em. That throw was there but it hung in the air too long

Youkalis should have been erased on a DP. Yet, he stands at 3rd and will definitely score. Sickening.

Poor defense this inning. No errors in the books, but Jeter f*cked this inning by not getting to that DP ball and Abreu for not firing out Jewkalis at 3rd. He wasn't even really around 2nd when he got the ball

Already 3-0 in the 1st.

At least Hershiser and Phillips are bashing Jeter.

This game is turned off for the night. Take my lead guys. It's only gonna get uglier from here.

I noticed the camera focused on Jeter. Did they actually blame him for not turning that DP?

Typical Melky too. Never makes the the accurate strong throw when you really need it. He'll get his assists, but I've seen plenty of occasions he had an opportunity and f*cked it up

With Ponson and Rasner, it should only take one of these to get them out of the rotation. We can't throw away games

Seriously, has Jeter contributed against Boston in awhile? He is the POS of the game again. Cost us runs with his defense and then kills a rally offensively. Someone find his numbers against Boston recently. I swear he never hits the,m

Except for last year, he hasn't hit the Red Sox well at all. He sh*t in the post-season in 04 and he never really contributed to the first 3 wins

Well they said in over 100 games in Boston, he's only has a .255 batting average. And that is alot of history.

Good stat. He's like Torre. The longer he hangs around in NY, the more exposed he is as being made by others
