I think this guy fits this team like a glove. Good righty stick and a slick glove. I know his numbers were inflated in CBP but I like this guy. If you can move Damon this is the move I make. I heard he wants 6 years at 84 million which will never happen but 3 years at 40 mil would be more than fair.

At 6 years 84 mill, there is no way I give Philly two picks for him. If he'll take that 3 year 40 mill deal sign me up. His road numbers this season were still extreemly decent for a Center Fielder. It would be nice to get a reliever or prospects for Damon and then sign Rowand.

I've been saying Rowand all year when people have mentioned Hunter or Jones. I think he'd be a great fit in the outfield and batting 6th or so.

I'd still take Hunter, he has the style and flash that I'm looking for. He's a cool cat all the way. :coolcat:

Spending money on a center fielder would be dumb as hell.

A 1B is a must, Mientkiewicz is a very good 1B but his bat is weak & Gumbi...fugetaboutit! Duncan could slide in there, but right now i look at his as Dave Kingman jr, all or nothing. Let's get someone who can do the job offensively & defensively.

I'd be willing to give Betemit a shot there, at least as half a platoon. He can't hit for sh*t from the right side.

The bullpen is THE main issue to resolve.
