I believe its time for him to go if they dont win it. A Few years in a row of a first round exit is not accepectable

He's toast if he doesn't make it out of this round. He's got a shot to stay even if we don't win it all.

Torre haters have to admit that nobody has more respect in that clubhouse than Joe.

If he "gets" to the World Series he's safe, it's 50/50 if he gets past the Tribe, if we lose to the Tribe, he's gone.

He goes if they lose on the ALDS. Otherwise I think he comes back. If they beat Cleveland there will be enough good feelings even if they lose in the ALCS or WS.

If they lose in the ALCS to the Angels, I think you can live with it. I'm not sure George will be cool headed with losing to the Red Sox though, that's why I think it's 50/50 if he gets by the Tribe and loses to the Sox.

Wasn't this supposed to be his last year anyway? What happened to that? His contract is up anyway. How can a person with no contract be fired?

Good point, he really wouldn't be getting fired, just not brought back kind of like Buck in '95.
