His pitching at the beginning of the year was great. I was thinking to myself, "Why did I ever call this guy Dick Pettitte?" Now, I remember. He was made on a lot of run support.

Pettitte has been up and down, some great moments and some terrible outings in the postseason; his seasons have been similar. All in all a great 2 or 3 to have on your staff but not a front line starter by any means.

An old school Andy win. Mediocre line at the end of the day, but a W to his record. Maybe he learned not to pitch to a low ERA, since he was getting burned
