I guess when you turn down Roy Oswalt, make tons of other bad moves, and then fire managers that don't neccesarily deserve it, Managers won't want to play for you.

They could have had him for Tejada back when Tejada was demanding trades left and right. I mean its tough to give up Tejada, but how can you justify turning down Oswalt?
