And I'm not just saying this because it cost us a game, he was clearly out by 3 f*cking feet, maybe more. What really pisses me off is Cano just f*cking standing there in la la land not even arguing. He needs to get his head out his ass and make a f*cking point! |

In Cano's defense, his back was to 2nd base, so he really wouldn't have any idea if Bloomquist got his hands on the bag before the tag. My question is why nobody else saw it. Where was Jeter on the play? At the very least if he was backing up he would have been in good position to see the tag clearly. It's a moot point, an argument never changed an umpire's call anyway, but man that was a major mistake. I really don't know how he missed it. |

I wouldn't even bitch as much if it was bang-bang and a close play that he just missed, that sh*t happens. But man, that was brutal, it wasn't even close. sh*t happens, we have to just come out and have a good series this week against Texas, but I just hate that we had a chance to get back to .500 and poor DeSalvo's gem was ruined and he lost out on his first major league victory. |

The league reviews umpires performances right? This fool should never be allowed to umpire a game again. |

I'm telling you. Players should be allowed to get physical. You really think an official is going to f*ck up something like that if he has to worry about a fist coming at him full-force? Then again, this team doesn't care enough, but still. Let there be the worst kind of consequence for these f*cks. They act so power hungry since they got no checks and balances. A solid fist would remedy some of that. |

And if society had better checks and balances, you wouldn't have posted that. :peace: |

I just think people would be better people if they worried about a pop in their mouth every once in awhile. People are rude, obnoxious assholes in the real world. If they had to worry about retaliation, I think they'd be better. But we live in a society where resorting to violence is "wrong," so cu*ty people is a way of life. |

There are a lot of rude obnoxious assholes, but hitting an ump because he made a bad call? :please: |

Do you see how these umps act? They think without consequence. That guy will get nothing for a bad call. We can never play the guessing game and be 100% sure, but I'd be willing to bet, the whole nature of officiating would be better if there were strict punishments on their behavior. No more taking off their masks and acting like they're the sh*t and blowing clearly bad calls. I say a good punch from an athlete to their face would change things, but society says, let them strut around like assholes and get away with it. If you look away, both solutions are wrong, but I'd rather punish these f*cks than look away and let them continue. |

Bad isn't enough to describe last night's f*ck off. The call was downright awful. |

I'm actually in a calm mindset when I write some of this. Sad but true. I never really gotten into a fight though, which is weird considering my personality. But I must say the Army really tried that. I wanted to get violent on commanding officers and NCOs. Thank God I didn't, or I wouldn't be here today. |

No, I'd be in a federal prison, since they hold total control over you. They're technically only allowed to use the necessary force to control the situation. That's one of the rules they actually do follow. There was a black guy there that got kicked off for fighting a drill sergeant before. They can't do much except restrain you, but he's lucky he's not in prison. |

Nah, you'd still be in the hospital. You'd be laying there all beat up for weeks, like Van Damme's friend in Bloodsport. |

Believe me, I wanted to be in the hospital the last few weeks. I was going home and those f*cks, no matter what reason, ridicule and give you more negative attention than the trainees. I had a minister friend that was going home because of really bad stomach ulcers and they were mocking him. God, I'd love to have been able to at least tried to fight. Weeks at the hospital would have been a mental vacation. But the whole federal prison thing kind of kept me in line. |
