Werd. I guess allowing more than one baserunner in an inning is unacceptable.

How far do you guys think this homerun will go?

I don't want to hear any sh*t about how Torre has no choice but to go to the pen every damn time. Sure there are games where he is forced to, but then there are tons of games like this where he takes the starter out WAY too early.

Now Joe is gonna use 4 relievers to close out this game.

More often than not this is the case. He loves killing relievers, but babies starters.

Did Washburn just try to hit Phelps and miss?

Torre would never order something like that.

This is why I HATE these MLB Umpires! Why was a warning given there? It was obvious he was trying to hit him the first pitch and missed, why not issue a warning there? Now the Yankees can't retaliate (not that they would [or should] anyway).

Bases loaded, 1 out for Tito Nieves. This would be a great spot for his first hit of the season!

I just went NUTS on Kay!~!!!! I was screaming at the TV, that has been the problem with the Yankees and I'm glad Proctor sent a message throwing behind the head of Bentancourt. Wheather Phelps was right or wrong, that doesn't matter. You have to stand up for your guy after he gets plunked like that. Good job Proctor!

I love the way Bruney's fat ass was in the infield before all the other fegs in the bullpen were still just barely in LF!!

Torre will probably force the Yanks to release Phelps for starting these shenanigans.

The funniest part is that Phelps doesn't seem to care about any of it. He was indifferent to knocking the chink off his bicycle, didn't care that he got hit, and didn't seem overly concerned with the potential fight.
