Nieves - can't hit a lick... :crazy2: Myers - ruins our flexibility which is direly needed with torre ... :wall: Phelps- poor defense and questionable offense, yer out! ... SourMelky- fat, slow, no power; and we have him playing center??? :wtf: Pavano- just cut him so there no chance of him "coming back" :fyou: It's obvious we are weak in these areas: Starting Pitching (Clemens is a must) Long Relief (Get rid of Myers and try Clippard) First Base (Get a REAL 1st Baseman and make Miet the defensive replacement) 4th Outfielder (Even Thompson would be better) Backup Catcher (Fasano would have been good here. Another of Cashmans blunders. At the very least, call Pratt) I expect a lot of these deficiencies to be adequately addressed by the trade deadline. [size=14]It's time to see what Cashman is made of. Melky doesn't need to go anywhere..he's the 4th outfielder, you old dope. And who cares who the backup catcher is. The guy needs to play defensive...period. Can't argue with the rest..but What? no mention of Colter Bean? |

:please: Backup catcher is important, Fool. What if posada gets hurt??? At least Fasano could hit a little and was real good behind the plate. I have no faith in a player who hits worse than a pitcher, like Nieves. Cashman has to find a better option. :peace: Tell you boy, sour melky to go on a diet. He's a disgrace to the pinstripes. ;) |

How can Phelps be the problem? He's basically Sierra with better defense at a less important position on the defensive spectrum. If either of the platoon needs to go its EyeChart. I agree with everyone else except Melky. Cash messed up not trading him when he was overvalued, but the solution should not be to trade him when his value is at its lowest. |

I'm right. Infact he's better. Excuse me for being aware that a popular player(for some reason) sucked. |

Igawa needs to be the first the be released. I do want those other guys gone too though. Why can't we ever have a catcher that can slap a big hit once in awhile? I've hated everyone we've had since the Leyritz, Girardi days. Vizcaino has trade value. Send him back and no more traidng with AZ. Those trades are f*cking jinxed. |

  And you don't hate Torre? That big nosed f*ck allowed him to continue surrending the lead. I don't give a sh*t if you just had a doubleheader, you play to win, especially in our shoes. We're not milking a first place lead. Torre couldn't get the hint that the guy was no mystery? He's a retard and I'm sick of him. |

Even if Bean or Vizcaino started that inning they still would have given up runs. Torre did not lose this game. |

And the thing that IRATIFIES ME, if that's a word, about that f*ckhead Torre is he'll stretch a pitcher, whether starter or reliever, who has no business being in for that particular situation, because he wants to save using a certain player or going to the pen, when that player will actually be available to be used. He was willing to go to the pen after just 2 batters, but he wouldn't pull that scumbag to start with? The first thing that brought me to MSG was him blowing a game against the Mets, where he left Carlos Almanzar in to pitch to Mike Piazza. I was seething with anger and thinking I was dreaming, then the HR was hit into the parking lot, my hatred for him and understanding of his stupidity became 100% clear. And to add insult to injury, Rivera was starting to warm and Lenny Harris was on deck, since Todd Zeile was pitchrun for. There was about 4 retarded moves in one, and nobody called him out on that. WHY THE f*ck YOU GOT RIVERA WARMING IF YOU AREN"T GOING TO USE HIM FOR MIKE PIAZZA!!!!!!!!! Torre's gotten so many passes. I wish I could use all those passes, convert them to fists, and put them in his face. |

Don't alibi that big-nosed scumbag. He's demonstrated subpar cognitive functions ever since he started managinover almost 30 years ago. You don't grow a brain. Anyone's mistakes can be alibied. A good manager finds ways to work a win out of a 5-0, 6-1 lead with a pitcher on the mound that should have absolutely no room for error. He has not a resourceful bone in his body. He needs ready-made championships to do anything |

I watched Fasano last 4 games and saw him hitting or hitting deep fly balls. One game a homer smash and a double. I saw him blocking some pitches and one pass ball. |
