Clueless Joe should have been fired four years ago. He's managing scared now. It's been 11 years now, it's time to say goodbye to Joe.

I agree and I'm convinced the other Joe will get the job. Giradi is head and shoulders over Kay in the booth. Kay announcing that the Yankees are about to be 5 games against the Red Sox. Dumb sh*t.....Anyways, Joe seems to be thinking ahead on every situation.

Exactly...Valentine is the king of clueless.

Torre should have been shitcanned before the season started. More of this falls on Cashman though for this shitstain rotation.

NO EFFIN WAY! BTW...I'd like to know who did all the due dilligence on the Sheffield trade......THAT PERSON OR PERSONS...needs to be fired. I gotta believe there was evidence of Sanchez having a major problem, and whoever signed off should get their nutsack shoved down their throat!

He's a better baseball man than the piece of sh*t we have now. And it was time to fire Joke Torre AT LEAST 3 years ago.

Thats not saying much.....and Bobby V tends to wear out his welcome pretty quick. Sure he is a better strategist.... but he brings too much baggage in my opinion. I'd much rather see Girardi take the reigns since Lou is under contract. Bobby V would be Showalter round 2. Worn out welcome sign after a while.

I don't love Bobby V. either, but the fact is we NEED a change, and George was ready to do it, he was ready to end the sh*t and fire that sad sack piece of crap we have now but f*cking Swindall and Cashman talked him out of it. When we miss the playoffs this year, Cashman follows Torre out the door.

You're out of your f*cking mind. George wasn't firing anyone. Don't buy that bullshit Madden story about Piniella. :please:

Ok MM, just because Swindall, Cashman, and 90% of the fans were stupid enough to want Torre to stick around doesn't mean George was, he wanted that tea sipping, gutless, soft bitch out of here! :furious2:

Again. there is no way in Hell Humberto Sanchez would have been anything close to available had he not had major injury problems. Cash was able to get him because of this. It was no mystery. The Yankees got two lights out relievers in the deal as well. Even if Humberto Sanchez never pitches again, which is unlikely, the trade will still be good. He is having surgery, he didn't die. If the Yankees get some decent years out of Sanchez or are able to trade him once he comes back then it will go back to being a steal.

You're spinning like one of Amit's dradel's right now. I never remember you saying this about Hungry Hungry Humberto when he was traded here. Just face it that Cashboy traded for a younger version on Juan Acevedo.

His injury problems were always common knowledge. Juan Acevedo didn't have #1 starter stuff when healthy. Cash obvioulsy didn't know he would need TJ surgery so that is a big, unexpected blow, but it was known that he struggled to stay healthy. Didn't anyone find it odd that we got a prospect with Ace potential, a kid regarded as the tigers future closer(until Zumaya was moved to the pen), and a guy who put together a year like Clagget (in his first year pitching) for a high priced Jerk DH approaching 40 who missed most of the prior season? The risk on Sanchez was the reason Cash was able to do that. He's good, but he isn't a magician.

I got no problem with the Sheff deal. We got top value considering we'd have been bringing back an injury prone malcontent.

His lightning bat speed is still there though and that's what counts with Malcolm. He does loaf like a lazy f*ck, moreso than usual, but he's always done that. I'm glad he's not a Yankee. He's a legitimate scumbag and it's good to have him off our team. Him and Johnson.

Just take Girardi out of the booth and put him on the bench. I'd throw Torre out on his ass right now :fyou:

Girardi even identified Farnsworth's problem. He knows the Yankees and how to fix them. He's the perfect man for the job. :peace:

I'm with you on Girardi. Its really despicable the way he was let go after doing well. Meanwhile Clueless Joe gets a free pass and pads his bank account. I don't want to start problems here....but Zimm won us those WS with those warriors, it wasn't Joe. Things have gone south since Zimm left. At least the guy stood up for his team....even if Pedro tossed him like a rag doll!

He's here for the whole season, they're going to rid themselves of this jerkoff until we've played all 162 games. Hopefully though when we're finished going 83-79 he's gone and hpoefully he'll be taking that imbecile Cashman with him.
