Keith Foulke, you had just signed as a free agent with the Indians this off season, surprised his new team by telling them that he planned to retire.
Reportedly Foulke felt pain in his elbow in recent days and after two injury-riddled seasons in 2005 and 2006 decided to end his ten-year career.
