Any politician who tells me global warming is not a threat is just a moron now. Its 60 god damn degrees outside and its January 5th. Sure, El Nino is making things warmer, but it wouldnt be as bad if the carbon levels werent so damn high. This adminstration is a god damn ecological disaster. But its not all their fault. China is the other country that leads in carbon levels, in fact I think they just surpassed the United States. Hopefully the Democrats will push this to the top of their agenda, because its time to act. I love Long Island...as an old man, I dont want to see half of it under water because some fat cat politicians wanted to make money on oil or whatever it is they make money on by f*cking the environment up the ass. |

Blame your side for politicizing the issue. The global climate has increased but the Democrats and Eurosocialists point the finger way too much towards human intervention for the climate change.
And you call Drew stupid  |

Obviously, things are natural. but you fail to realize why its changing at such a rapid rate.... Since I have the feeling you dont even know how global warming works, Ill explain it. Its pretty easy. The sun heats up the Earth in the form of visible light. The Earth wants to to radiate that energy back out in the form of infared light. If it could do this without anything in the atmosphere getting in the way, the Earths average surface temperate would be 0 degrees Farenheit. The Earths atmosphere, is made primarly of things that dont absorb infared light, like Nitrogen (78 percent) and Oxygen (21) percent. The other percent is made of Carbon Dioxide, Water molecules, and other things. CO2 and O2 are great at absorbing infared light...and because of their presence, we are able to live comfortably on Earth. but look at the numbers...Carbon Dioxide doesnt even make up 1 percent of the Atmosphere!!!! Of course humans can mess with something like that! With all this CO2 burning into the atmosphere, more and more infared light stays on the atmosphere...and the earth gets more and more warmer. Dude, were on track to DOUBLE to the amount of carbon in the atmopshere within 20 something years. You look at Carbon levels from 1500 to 2000...its scary...the levels are on par till the industrial revolution, and BANG, that graph goes nuts. So yeah, too much Carbon in the atmosphere. And naturally, were cutting down all the trees which suck this sh*t right out of the atmosphere. If we dont stop...were gonna start a runaway greenhouse effect...the Earth could enter a new ice age, or warm phase, I dont know...I do know that New York City will be mostly underwater, as well as Long Island, in as little as 50 years!!! 50 years??? THE ATMOSPHERE DOES NOT CHANGE IN THAT LITTLE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!! So youre gonna sit here and tell me theres no such thing? That this is all natural? f*ck no! El Nino might be making it warmer, but thanks to all this sh*t in the atmosphere...its making it 1000 times worse. Republicans talk about how it will hurt the GDP if we do something about it...omg, the economy will die if we do nothing about it. The only way that we can do anything is human intervention...things must be done. They wont be done if we pretend its not an issue. I havent even see Al Gores movie to know about this sh*t...its common fact. Yet I have stupid ass Drew making a dumb ass joke, not taking it seriously. Yet I have you saying im politicizing the issue...I Am!!!! Something must be done, and it must be done now! I dont think ive ever typed this much on this site. |
