Gilbride and Hufnagel will both be gone next year, so it doesn't matter. |

Nothing like waiting until Week 17 to make the change that obviously needed to be made in Week 6. Or Week 1. |

:laugh2: And even now, for the last game of the season, in a must-win (although they're better off losing) situation, with his job on the line (although I don't think he'll get fired), Coughlin doesn't want to do the play-calling himself. I guess he needs to focus all his energy on controlling his emotions and not yelling "son of a bitch" at the refs. And that's aside from the fact that Gilbride has done nothing to earn the responsibility. He's the supposed quarterback guru...nuff said. |

I'm with you, I have no desire to get into a playoff game, get all fired up only to watch them get slaughtered. |

I don’t know why but I have this feeling that the Giants will beat the Redskins. I see no reason why they should and losing would probably be better in the long run but they might get lucky this Saturday night. |

I have them winning it, too. Only because they'd be better off losing. The Giants never do what's good for them. |

Or what's good for us. So, it's a crapshoot. Hmm... doesn't really make it any different than any other week. |

Damn right Strider... Make no mistake, Giants win this game, and win it big...They win it big enough to make us all think it is "exactly the game they needed going in to the playoffs"...Eli will look Good, good enough to make us think that "Thats just the kind of game Eli needed to get his confidence back"....Tike goes for a least a hundred yards and a touch..... Then comes the first round....And the Giants will proceed to meltdown and get their cornholes blown open like a prison snitch at Rikers....... I f*cking hate this team. |

No Strahan means no sort of spirited run! This team as a whole hates on Coughlin, as many of us do. He let them get out from under his control from the beginning, so now its just about finishing the season. MAJOR changes are needed in the coaching staff from the head on down, as well as some retooling and tinkering with the defense. Most importantly though...if Coughlin is allowed to stay, NOTHING WILL CHANGE. |

They'd still be winning this game if Hufnagel was calling the plays. The Redskins aren't good. |

So I come in here to make this post ^^^^^^^ Ya know, toot my own horn a little bit... And the Giants promptly give up a touchdown on an 11 play 70 yard drive, Tiki snaps off a huge run called back on a hold, Eli throws off his back foot into triple coverage and hits the other team in the ass, and then we turn the ball over on downs, the whole momentum of the game obviously swinging right into The Skins hands... This team is really fecking unbelieveable....I swear to god I have never seen anything like this in my life... :no1: |
